This is totally nonsense. Selling Isak at the 11th hour of the transfer window hasn't allowed any opportunity to rebuild yet. We tried to replace Isak with someone who was 5th, 6th, who knows on the list of strikers we wanted and it's failed miserably. He's not the only person involved green lighting very expensive deals. Take a moment to realise how desperate we were in the summer and who's fault that was. Would love to know which DoF or manager is out there with an unblemished record on brilliant signings with no duds.

Take a look at the injuries he had that year by the way, with a small squad of players he had. Almost inevitable. Our problems however are vast and more complicated in comparison. Tells me a lot that you focus on the single season of failure of Howe at Bournemouth and not the incredible achievement of transforming that club and getting a team like Bournemouth into the Premier League. No, they are mate. Expecting us to win and go apoplectic if we don't a decent result. How many times we seen it this season? Not just this season take a look back at the 4-4 with Luton. Or the away loss to Luton that year. Was the exact same then, people wanted him gone during the match and Burn to never play again. Season after we win a cup with Burn scoring the first goal. Seems like a small portion are not emotionally intelligent enough for the ups and downs of supporting a team. We are on a big down atm. But evidence with Howe suggests he can turn it around. Get him some good players that improve the 11.

Hopefully the new backroom structure learns from the fiasco of last summer, trades well and bring in a pool of strikers that are ready for pre-season.
