  1. @STM Agreed. Diversity in thinking always leads to better outcomes and more often than not, end product. Sport science, data integration and the adoption of the analysis into tactics means player management becomes a higher focus. Culture is key, look at what Howe has done and the change that's happened in the last year. Marsch is a culture guy, so is Leeds as a football club. They need it to be competitive, stay in the league. The same applies to us in breaking into the top 6.
  2. Don't mind him at all and I find the Ted Lasso/Anti-American crack tedious, but to each their own.
  3. Fair enough, he does seem a touch over emotional, but he's not anywhere as annoying or smug as Klopp. I've only met a handful of Leeds fans, who were decent enough. Find the Scouse contingent far worse and I hope we win the league at Anfield and take the piss the way they did at St. James.
  4. Why? I know Leeds supporters can be wankers, so can ours, but Marsch is decent enough and is far from a PFM so many on here can’t stand. Comparing the way clubs are financially ran here to NA Salary Capped Leagues is a bit silly and cliché, mind. The Mets have a $300 million yearly wage bill. The rich teams couldn’t care less about cap fines.
  5. Man City and Grealish in particular missed about 2-3 clear chances. 3-1 was flattering to Leeds. I think we’ll win tomorrow, then the streak will end at Arsenal. I and most on here will be content with that, I imagine.
  6. Mackem's up 1 @ Wigan, who are horrific.
  7. Luton up into the playoffs with this win. That was some strike.
  8. Yup, why not, get him in and a few youngster's for him to guide and we're away. That's not listed under weaknesses here: https://www.sofascore.com/player/jorginho/132874 *side note, I can not express my love of Sofascore enough. I waste so much time on there.
  9. Didn't think he was a Howe type player going off of what I knew of him. Going off the evidence above, he's exactly the type of player Howe would want.
  10. + the points we'd shift to them under Pards & McClaren.
  11. Maybe Parker, can't see Stevie G taking the gig.
  12. He's (Casemiro) probably drinking from the same fountain of youth as Thiago, FFS. I think Man U will overtake Spurs the next couple of matches. They've got Wolves, Bournemouth and Everton. Spurs have Villa, Palace and Arsenal in the league.
  13. He wasn't brutal, did he have his best stuff? Nah, put himself about, should have scored, but he wasn't brutal. Worth his transfer fee tonight? Fuck no, if that's your bar for match day performance. Casemiro was immense, though. That pass for Fred's goal was lovely.
  14. Eh? He's been fine and you's have been coasting since going up 2-0.
  15. Watching the same, it's horrific patter. "Iff dis wuz the world cup, it'd be 11min extra time"..... Aye mate.
  16. defies gravitational pull in the wrong direction and pokes it in his own net. Bet he does the same regardless of the weather too.
  17. Nathan Aké. (wasn't really established though, your point stands!)
  18. please tell me she spared Summer of 69. Only option here is Fubo.tv, the software is shite, but you can watch all matches.
  19. They don’t play with enough of the ball for him to be effective. The West Ham ‘type players’ were terrible today.
  20. super weird. I hope it’s a piss take.
