Right there, mate. That's what we need, a new fucking chairman/ownership/board who we can trust to get it right. All of you fools blaming Roeder should have your head checked. The only thing he's been guilty of is getting hired and being put in a hard spot, in a tough time for us. You can't find him guilty of doing his job the best he can. HE'S NOT FUCKING GOOD ENOUGH!!!! HOW IS THAT HIS FAULT???? This shower of shite comes from the top and rains down on all of us. I thought it was more obvious than that?

I can't wait till it's fashionable to support a club and not piss on it at any opportunity. Then again, I've read so much negative bullshit on this forum to start believing it myself. Does it not get tiring repeating yourselves in every single fucking thread??? I wasn't a fan of Roeder's appointment, but using him as a scapegoat got old around Christmas. He didn't hire himself for fuck sakes. All this hatred is misguided, but the majority on here can't think for themselves anyway.

Rather give that 60k to a decent defender.
-
I wouldn't be against it or angry if he did come, as long as his wage wasn't too high.

You've got it spot-on there Yorkie. I don't know about the Viduka option, though. I think Shola could do the same job as the pie lover. Thought Shola looked brilliant for us tail end of last season and during the Toto run/early season. Hopefully his robo-hip will improve his movement. Viduka is on a free, however. Would be good cover for our top 3.

Oh, look what I found: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b228/Geordiebootboy/babyjeebus.png I'll set up that Paypal account for your donations later....

That was my Chrimbo wish, should have wished for a better season, tbh. Still, the short term result of that tasted pretty sweet.
-
I suppose that this should have been my response, thanks Dave.

Agreed, Bellamy is a c***, hated in his own country and God's. When you get responses like this it really destroys your faith in mankind. And in this board. Couldn't you provide some kind of reasoned argument fella? Funny, I thought the same thing about what you posted before I posted my witty rhetoric. Guess I just beat you to it, huh? This thread was fine before you decided to have a go at killing it.

His volley from a tight angle, whilst running into space, against Villa wasn't too bad either. My #2 favourite Shearer strike. Loved how he just stopped and threw his hands up in the air. F'kn Brilliant. You can tell even for him it was one of those "f*** it worth a try" that just hits your football perfectly and goes in. Great finish. If you watch the replay, you can tell he knew exactly what he was doing (meaning that it was about 2% luck/"f*** it, worth a try") and his reaction (as previously stated) isn't of shock, but like it was meant to be. Sorry didn't really mean hit and hope in a luck sort of way, I believe he knew exactly what he wanted to do but it was such a difficult shot to attempt and I also think he was probably a little shocked he managed to pull it off. It was immense. I call that, "The Matty Taylor". (mind, looks mint when it works)

It's an acceptable sort of arrogance as you know he could back it the fuck up. I'd rather players did that then take their shirts off and do a fucking robot dance. It's as if they'll never score again, ffs.

His volley from a tight angle against Villa wasn't too bad either. Meh. He was a fantastic player, any team would be feeling his absence. More than that, mate. Whether it was a good thing or a bad thing, he was the identity of our club. He was Newcastle's golden boy and lived up to every expectation heaved upon him. Do most people remember him playing for Southampton or Blackburn? Nope. I do agree somewhat with you, mate.

It'd be nice to know that we aren't the only cursed club in the land. Be extra nice if said fat curse f***** off to the bottom of the sea.

Sorry spelling mistake. Anyone fancy any of our players that will probably be up for grabs ? Gardner (dont want him to go but i have a feeling his time at the club will be up) Murphy (showed glimpses of what he's capable of but not in Jols 1st team plans) Zeigler (another player that has shown glimpses but not consistant enough) Routledge (good player not been given a fair chance) Defoe (dosent want to be spending so much time on the bench.will always score goals) Mido (Always been a mido defender but the guy just dosent seem to care) Heres a list of other players that will probably be allowed to leave should the club receive a very good offer: Stalteri (good squad player, always commited but will never be 1st choice when chimbonda's around) Tainio (Only reason we may be willing to let him go is because of his dreadful injury record. Most commited player in the squad along with King, Dawson and Ghaly imo) Ekotto (good left back. was very good the 1st few games but he's forms been bad ever since, few good games here and there. Still only 22 so i want him to stay but jol may think otherwise) Ghaly ( will be gutted if he left. Always gives 100% and is a very good squad player. No way should we let him go but again im thinking Jol may be thinking otherwise) Any of these players interest you guys??? I'll take Stalteri for Toronto FC, not for the Toon. Was a good player for Werder.

Kinda makes the Woodgate signing seem a good bit of business. Watch Woody go down for the season, the first half of Boro's opening match next season or this weekend.

Can't see Bent getting enough wage from you lot, I'm sure he'll demand more than the limit.

One of the best ever. Think I'll head over to youtube and admire his greatness.

Gerraway man. Away games- Stand up. If you don't like, don't go the away games. Did you read beyond the first line? If you did, you should have realised that I wasn't being serious. Sorry, I can't be arsed with 'in' jokes. You were arsed enough to pipe the fuck up about it. Aye?

I got chased across what seemed like half of the city centre after watching us up there in about 87. I also saw a Toon fan put a brick in a Villa supporting girl's face from point blank range, same year. I'm guessing things have changed since. Although, I'll say this, nothing in the north east compared to being an away fan at Ayresome Park in the 1980s. Horrible, intimidating place. Scary stuff there, mate.

The thread previous to this, on the matter, was hilarious.

What he said, very ambitious and modern. They can just turn Fratton into the toilet bowl it should be.
