There was some outrage. And people probably said "where was the outrage when Barclays sponsored the league?" And when people questioned that it would have been "where was the outrage when murdoch got his claws into the game?" You can't have a negative opinion on anything as long as someone can find something dubious you've not devoted exactly as many words and minutes to. True. As we all know the media love their buzz words and easy rabble rousing to stir up copy. This nutter is a fascist in many senses of the word, but people need to research 'the real Nazis' before they throw everybody down the well.

He's obviously of questionable character but I find this media driven furore intriguing as there was no backlash when oligarchs fresh from stealing billions of national wealth invested in the PL.
-
It's pretty well documented he does very little or no attack coaching. I still don't really understand that.

Once v Reading. Well they did Swap around that game. really didn't seem that difficult a question. Everton too. Because Cisse didn't know how to play in the centre Bordeaux at home too. Obertan out left. Worked surprisingly well. Hence it was never tried again. What this season shows is how poor our creativity and team play is when Hatem isn't on the pitch. Think he papered over a lot of our shortcomings last season when he started playing. Sissoko and Goofy have started losing a bit of interest already - the team talks must be dire.
-
Problem is there are no 'football people' in the boardroom, hence Mash and Dekka buy into whatever flim flam Pard dishes up.
-
You can see already Pochettino a manager with no clue about the PL has S'hampton - a side from which maybe one player would get into our first 11 rocketing up the table with no fear football. There is no clearer contrast than that compared to the safety first tosh we dish up game after game.

Whatever his shortcomings as a person, he's got a fair bit of tactical nous and a fierce winning mentality.

Was Ba, then Hatem, now this guy. Yup...

Looking at S'hampton with 4/5 streaming into the box or 6 breaking forward in posession is the best contrast to our pedestrian 1 or 2 trying something in or around the box. Pitiful. A team more often than not playing within itself and playing with fear and trepidation of almost any side we come up against.

I can see them going down regardless who comes in.

MA is very unpredictable. It's not written in stone that he won't ditch Pard. They've come upto speed very quickly on bringing talent in way below market prices and sooner or later they'll be looking at managers.
-
He's a distraction that might yet bring the euro to its knees.

Military grade fishing going on here.

Fergie would have eaten Halsey's heart by now. You have to create a massive stink so that officials think twice about taking the easy option/lying/cheating/doing the bidding of their paymasters.
-
The PL is getting like La Liga and Real Madrid.
-
Something stinks about the officiating of that game. I have no doubt that the officials behaviour is tantamount to cheating and they were operating on instructions. I have no idea who benifited from that game other than Wigan and why it was deemed to cheat us out of fair descisions...But the whole game stank to high heaven.

Here found it: Long but completely factual. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/176088-Corruption-in-the-Premier-League "The second game United lost was away to Chelsea. Martin Atkinson was the referee then and some of his decisions incurred the wrath of Alex Ferguson. Atkinson was not given another United game to referee for an ENTIRE YEAR. Atkinson was further punished with his decisions that went against United that day. He was not given a single premier league game to referee for a full month. Even worse, he was subsequently given 3 lower league games to referee that season- when he’d previously not officiated a single one that campaign. It seems that Atkinson was given a clear message that day"

I'd love to see your work. This can't be true, right? It is completely true. More than that some refs are dropped down the league for a while if they ref a ManU game where they make a mistake against ManU. The refs were Michael Oliver, Martin Atkinson, Phil Dowd and Chris Foy who was given 2 manU cup games where he gave ManU 2 pens and sent Kompany off (but he was still kept away from ManU league games for a year).
-
Refs who take charge of games that ManU lose don't get to ref ManU games for 9months to a year!!! Strange but true. When they do get to ref another ManU game they always give ManU a penalty. True story.

Duncan Ferguson did prison time for a headbutt.

If Ashley HAS decided to seriously go after Mc and Wigan then shit gonna get real and quick. Big money buys very keen lawyers. Good news.
-
How does that work then? Just cause it's a football pitch doesn't mean it doesn't come under common law iirc.
