Once again, Sky plump for our home games. Glad I don't bother with Sky Sports.

Owen did 15 mins, complained of a sore packing hand, fucked off and did two double shifts for Sainsbury's.
-
Richard Branson was on the radio talking about taking over Northern Rock and rebranding it as 'Virgin Money'. Does this mean we have to put Virgin Money - possibly in RED - on our shirts, or does the previous contract become null and void, allowing us to keep the money we've already spent, and allow Ashley to get a more lucrative sponsorship deal?

Can't find a video clip, but there was one pic with his arm in the air. Whoops. But, but I did kill Paul Allen.
-
The trouble is if you have a reasonable argument it's possible to ruin it totally by writing something as innacurate as, 'He barely celebrated against Wigan, either.' That just isn't true, he was overjoyed. Watch it again.
-
Thats not really relevant as a) Martins was poor yesterday and b) Lee Ryder wrote the match report. pwned. He was better than a five, surely? Okay, so what has the Chronicle got against him? Bullshit stories about him leaving, etc.?
-
Can't anyone state their opinion without saying that people with the opposing view are 'mongs' or 'f****** thick'? It's f****** tedious and arrogant. Whatever you might think of Owen's loyalties or the booing, don't you think think the majority of people who didn't boo deserve a little better from him? He's been paid roughly £5 million for sitting on his backside; couldn't he take it on the chin? He barely celebrated against Wigan, either.
-
Edmilson in, Butt out.
-
Of course he is. He may not be Premiership standard but teams in the Championship would pay good money for him. Injured all season, contract runs out at the end of it, would you pay money for him? I take your point.
-
'Cos his dad said so.
-
Undervalued Joey Barton. We only got him for as cheap as we did because of the release clause. Without that clause, West Ham would have outbid whatever we put down. If Pattison is worth half a million, surely Rambo is worth something. I'd rate Taylor £3 million.
-
Given Beye or Taylor Faye or Rozenhal Cacapa Enrique Geremi or Rozenhal Martins or Milner Barton or Smith Emre N'Zogbia Owen or Martins Back four and holding player remain the same, while the front five can shuffle around during the game. Barton/Smith can cover the right side, should Martins venture forth. N'Zogbia can switch places with Emre.
-
Anyone see the Chronicle's player ratings? Martins got a 5. What has Alan Oliver got against him?
-
I'd have Emre playing in the hole behind the forward. Our midfield would be a bit lightweight with him, Zoggy and Milner. Let him do what he's good at, not stuck on the halfway line trying to win the ball back in vain.
-
Just his general demeanor. He's all furrowed brow and defensive, like he's got a cob on. He was getting all arsey with the interviewer after the Wigan game about what 'Match fit' is supposed to mean. This time, he says how this should show how committed he was to the club, but in an antagonistic way, as if to say "Was that good enough for you, you ungrateful bastards." His 'celebration' after the goal was a bit ominous. We've give him his excuse to fuck off without any guilt now.
-
Owen looks really bitter and twisted in his recent interviews.
-
Sammy Lee looks like a bad ventriloquist or a dog eating peanut butter when he speaks. His top set of teeth barely lift above his lower teeth. It's quite mesmerizing to watch, actually. He also reminds me of Hans Moleman a little.

Jardel lost 50% of his pace, and hasn't been the same since.
-
I see that Garth Crooks is able to take in all eight games today, and make his team of the week selection a couple of hours after the games end. Clever F*cker that one.
-
Aye, well done Faye. Put your octo-arms round his stomach - that he's just had operated on - and hoist him up.
-
Outfield player, obviously.
-
Looks a bit off the pace, but he's the best we've had in that position for god knows how long.
-
Given - Bizarre performance. Looked partly at fault for first goal, completely at fault for second. Did he attempt to save a clearance away from his line, or did I dream that? Wont believe it until I see MOTD. Faye was a colossus in the air, but he's not so good with the ball at his feet. Wasted numerous crosses and free-kicks, then Emre comes on and makes it look simple. Enrique impressive, Beye suspect. Cacapa, cool as. Milner anonymous. N'Zogbia not much better. Butt's passing not as accurate as his shooting, his tackling not often as timely as his goal. Lucky to stay on the field. Smith looked better in the middle, and better using the ball rather than chasing it. Created umpteen chances in the first 20 minutes. Martins dangerous but wasteful. Wasted numerous crosses and free-kicks, then Emre makes it look simple. Also witnessed the world's shortest throw in.
