Mind, I don't know what he came up against when he won it with Porto. Beating this Barcelona team over two legs is a massive achievement.
-
Surely winning it with Porto was a greater achievement?

What a fucking cunt.

Pretty much this. Think he's a brilliant manager and probably the best out there in world football. Don't think you can look past Ferguson for that title tbh. Love Mourinho though, brilliant character and a brilliant manager. I don't think Ferguson is as good as Mourinho is tactically. But he makes up for it with better man managing and getting the best out of his players. Definitely between the two of them for me, but Ferguson edges it.

Ibra need to take a good hard look at the likes of Drogba and Rooney on how to be effective playing as a lone striker. His movement is diabolical man, he just stands at the edge of the penalty area and sometimes moves towards the penalty spot. Predictable, and way too easy to defend. People call Berbatov lazy, the man is a fucking marathon runner compared to Zlatan.

Both teams were as bad as each other. Amazes me how Barca don't get more stick for diving and cheating really.

No attempt? They were down to 10 men and protecting a 2 goal lead.. lets have an open game though.. ffs. It's like people think Inter should have approached this game like Arsenal did. Hilarious really. Anyone who has watched Barca the last couple of years should know that you can't go at them like Arsenal did in the quarters, or how Real Madrid tried to do in last years El Clasico. They will tear you a new arsehole quicker than you can yell 'rape'. The way to beat them is to do what Chelsea did last year and what Inter did today.

He's great. Love the guy.

Örebro are 3.75 to win away to Kalmar, or 2.62 draw no bet (bet365) Kalmar are yet to win a game this season, and Örebro are coming into this with nine points from their last three games. Kalmar have been shite at home this season, they even managed to lose to us. They've conceded 11 times at home, only scoring four and picked up one point from four home games. Örebro are the third best away team in the league as well, having won three and lost one, no draws. All in all, I'd say it's a great price, and well worth a small bet. This post obviously jinxes though

Got to say, I'm really looking forward to the game tonight. Hate Inter, but I love Jose, so hoping that they'll go through. Still wouldn't be disappointed to see Barca in the final mind. Win/win basically

How are people going to celebrate page 1000 then? Guessing that Dave is throwing a massive party?
-
Shh, we'll have none of that here. He tries harder than anyone, and despite admitting to feigning injury, we should feel sorry for him.

Fucking Staebeck. Can't even win playing against ten men. I'm really starting to think I'm cursed

Second leg is going to be juicy

The referees were wank both ways tbh. Shouldn't forget that wrong off side for Inter early on, as well as the "foul" by Eto'o before he got bocked. Both were terrible decisions and stopped decent goal scoring opportunities for Inter.

Fuck. Me. Cost me £85 that did. I'd not be too annoyed if it were QPR or Notts County but for So'ton of all teams not to even score against Oldham at home, with 10 wins in 11 behind them, is fucking infuriating. Aye. I had four other games that I considered instead of the So'ton one as well, and they all came in. I did lay So'ton at half time though, so it minimised the losses, still a loss on the night mind. Cunts.

Don't mind the Puma being gold (although, I'd prefer white), but don't want gold as a big feature on any of our shirts.
