It wouldn't make sense to buy players that won't fit into our system regardless of how good they are.

Seems to me Pacqueta is a no.10 and doesn't really fit into our system. He can probably play at the tip of a 3 man midfield but it's a lot of money to spend on a player for the sake of it.

We need both, but I can probably put up with Murphy getting the odd game whereas I think starting Wood will seriously screw us.

They're currently grouped by level, I know the difficulty is quite easy amongst each level but I did that purposely because I didn't know how many levels I would eventually add so it gave me a bit of leeway. My issue with just having 5 levels is that I don't want people to just play it once and then never play it again. I suppose if I add a leaderboard with some kind of metric (fastest time etc) then it could potentially push you to play again. What do you think? Or I do that, but also include other categories of games as I mentioned earlier.

See what you mean, just have a database that records name and score once you finish? 15 (150 players) so far was going to do loads but I wanted to get it out there before adding loads of features to get feedback like this. Maybe just 10 levels would be enough? Want to build a game people would enjoy playing rather than doing what I think would be good. I'll add the progress feature in the next week ?

Thanks man really appreciate this kind of feedback I wouldn't have thought about a progress bar. I was actually considering a leaderboard to make it more competitive. I was thinking could show the highest scores by level and also fastest time. I'd need to create register/login for user creation then each user could have a profile with fastest time or points or something. How many levels do you think I should add? I didn't want it to be over too quickly but also didn't want it to drag too long also. I was considering maybe adding different categories for e.g football league top scorers or just Italian Prem players etc.

Would you really be satisfied? The thought of going into a season with Wood behind Wilson scares the shit out of me ?

We've currently got Chris Wood as backup to Wilson, Isak is regarded as one of the most talented young forwards in Europe and is rated at 40-50m. What else do you need?

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I did that intentionally because I made the game a few years back and it was too difficult for the average player and also I wasn't sure how many levels I'd add in the future so decided to keep it quite easy so I wouldn't have to go back and re do all the players per level.
