He's definately been reading this thread and if you can see this Oliver, you're a buffoon, don't get your info from the fans
-
Insightful once again Harry.
-
Bah, kids have finished school, its going to get so much worse on here now.
-
What amuses me is they're doing all of this while not even knowing the circumstances. Just makes them look like morons and the newcastle as a whole will be tarred with the same brush. Clowns, they only want to be on TV, half of them don't even look old enough to remember Keegan from last time around so I don't get why they're so "upset".
-
Newcastle's future will be fine, if anything we're in a lot better state than we were in a year ago and still in a stronger position than clubs who still have their debts and are piling on more.
-
This is getting blown out of all proportion, we aren't going to end up in league 2 anytime soon, just relax.
-
Stop jumping to conclusions, you don't know if Keegan has walked or been sacked, if he's been sacked i'm sure it's not going to be for some petty reason. Granted things could of ben better, but i'm pretty sure if this was just about money he wouldn't get rid of one of the biggest draws to our club on a whim. He may of been wrong to "sack" Keegan, but then again, who's to say he wasn't right?
-
I don't see your point, surely those two viewpoints are consistent? Not to mention valid.
-
Why can't you just wait and see what he was "sacked" for before you start stringing Ashley up. Granted they may deserve it, but don't go mental at Ashley as it may be for a just reason.
-
If Keegan is indeed leaving for whatever reason don't you think it's wise to wait and see why before getting on Ashley/Wise' back regarding it?

Blatently Stephen Carr

For the record, I know it's not really the point of this thread but I do dislike the Charles Gray, trying to be something it's not, a few new tables, green paint and some faux trees doesn't make it any better.

Anybody want to to give me a decent striker? I'll swap for Malouda
-
Lee Yong Po, Steve Finnan, Jermaine Jenas, Mark Noble, Florent Malouda, Tamir Cohen, Joey O'Brien, Steven Pienaar, Steve Simonsen, Johan Vogel & Bobby Zamora are all up for grabs, make me an offer if you want, I may even swap 2 for 1. Could do with a striker, lb and rb.
-
Oh right, i'll take no more notice, just the first i'd of read of it

I'll go for Santa Cruz scoring first, just a hunch -

I'd like us to get Shevchenko on loan, if he can get some games under his belt and get some form back he'd be perfect foil for Owen/Martins, i'm sure Chelsea wouldn't mind getting a bit off their wage bill too.
-
He doesn't pay the fans' wages though. Fans pay his. Thats what you think, I'm a rent boy Bollocks Jon, you've openly offered free handjobs all round and i've never heard of you charging once. (Allegedly )
-
No, we don't pay his wages, the board pays his wages out of the profits they make from running their business. Who says the money from shirt sales, gates etc go to paying Smith?
-
I'm sure everybody would be in uproar if he turned it around and called the support shit, the fans have hardly been their best in recent years. It worth both ways and i'm pretty sure "fans" wouldn't like that either and take a paddy.
-
By the same length, we cannot scold someone who has failed his/her exams even though he/she has done his/her best? Or was it not his/her best? Besides, how did you know that Smith gave it his all on the pitch? What about off the pitch? What about his mentality? Yeah you can't, if they do their best what more can be done? Smith actually tried to get tackles in, moved around the pitch trying to win the ball etc. I've never heard of him being any trouble off the pitch while at Newcastle (however i'm not saying he's been an angel).

Just because he couldn't score doesn't mean he hasn't been trying to.
