  1. No massive benefit tbh. It's just a place I can roll it all into one. Hoping throwing my bets into that to keep track of spending habits/losses will make me smarter with my bets than just coming home from work/drunk and throwing a needless £20 on something for the hell of it. Also the fact I've self-excluded myself from any betting site I've previously signed up for, so am just sticking with walk-in shops now to help kerb the spending a bit more. Easier throwing my bets into that than keeping a load of bet slips in a pile as my history.
  2. Why? we bought Ba and Obertan last summer.... if the player is good enough and the price is low enough ( which Hoilett would be due to being out of contract) Get him, a midfielder, a RB/LB and CB and sell no big stars and i'll be delighted and quite frankly dont think we need anymore than that. Good enough reason to stay away 50% hit rate in PL 100% in Europe (Awaiting judgment on Marveaux) True enough still means we will purchase from this league if we think the players in question are good enough and prices aint ridiculous. Wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see us go for Hoilett. One of Big Mike's traditional moves, shooting for a player we could get well below market value.
  3. Interesting selection. You'd rather Jonas and take hit on Tiote? Ba over someone like Krul?
  4. What do people use to track their betting history/money spent etc? Just found betbind.com. A little beauty.

Great shame. Transcends any rivalry. Poor bloke.

Tbf we'd probably get that too if this forum was as disgustingly moderated as that.
  7. This is my problem. Would feel like damaged goods to me. Like having a girlfriend that ditched you for the resident scumbag of your area, realising what she was missing and coming back with a bucket. Stay there, slut. Did you get your cd's back? I'm all digital, old man. Bitch kept the good DVDs though.

  9. Working on the assumption that we've already kept Santon, Cabaye and Tiote, I'll go with Krul, Cisse, Colo and Barfa.
  10. Has Nev actually had a bad word to say about us since becoming a pundit? Getting a scarily large soft spot for him.
  11. This man knows the happy haps. Fucking pavement. That's for London homs.
  12. Does anyone find managerial win % records interesting? For instance, according to Wiki, Sir Bobby's fantastic time in charge of us being a 46.66% and Souness' hell with 44.82%. Gullit's ill-fated spell in charge at 34.61% compared to Partyin' with Pardy a mere 8% higher win %. Obviously there's more to it than just % but it's just interesting that such a small % can cause such a stark contrast in managerial careers and how their time in charge is percieved. Just me? Okay.
  13. I've not a clue. This is someone that generally hates Americanisms. But there's some that I just find better. It's narrow minded bastards like you that stop this beautiful language of ours from evolving to it's correct point, amirite?
  14. Nah. She's an Arsenal fan in Ipswich with links with ITFC after years of hospitality. Said it'll just be sat in her closet so gave it to me. Not that I wouldn't, like. What the... Can't help it. What is it about wardrobe that makes me feel gay saying it? Ironic considering the 'closet' innuendo. Wardrobe just feels faggish, kind of like pronouncing 'scone' and not 'scon'. I like closet. Closet makes me feel safe.
  15. Nope. Got relegated in 98/99 and came back up in 2001. Can't believe they got relegated so long ago. Forgot they didn't bounce back at the first attempt. For some reason thought they didn't get relegated until about '01.

  17. I thought they gave him a new contract? Yup. Went a step further than the 'vote of confidence' and tied him down to prove their commitment.
  18. Lost count of how many times I've said it. There's a point where you put it aside and back the football team up and forget the board.
  19. Was in Ladbrokes earlier and they had a 33% extra deal. A tenner on that would've gotten £890. Was mighty tempted. Stuck with a simple £20 on Wigan to win at 6/4.
  20. Fucking scum getting on the pitch and going for Kean, there.
  21. Did the fans boo at the final whistle when we got relegated? Just think that's distasteful tbh.
