  1. On present showing, of course, we're destined for the drop. But things could be radically different and far more promising in just one month's time. It's not going to be a pleasant experience this season, of course not, but I think there's enough fuel in the tank to get us to safety in good time for the end of the season.
  2. ...and his crossing was woeful, and he missed a clear chance in front of goal, not that that matters though, eh? The chance was blocked well by Baines, yes he probably should have gone across goal, but it all happened quickly and hindsight is a wonderful thing, i think he did exactly what most would do in that position. We wouldn't have got a point out of this without him, i'm sure of that. Aye, he did well for the most part, I'm just nitpicking really. On balance, it's great just to have something other than a defeat. Hopefully the morale will pick up a bit during the international break, and things at the club can start to get resolved one way or the other, but hopefully for the benefit of the team.
  3. Agreeing with that. Got a lot of time for Scolari I thought his comments about Joe Kinnear were a bit off. http://www.tribalfootball.com/?q=content/chelsea-boss-scolari-who-joe-kinnear

  5. Free kick. As I said...excellent referee our Howard.
  6. I warned you about Anichebe. Woooffff....close shave again.
  7. A draw would be a massive result for us right now. There's alot of Everton pressure right now.
  8. ZOGGY!! CALL YOURSELF A PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALLER? YOU'RE A SPAZ! AAAAGGHHH!
  9. Fuck off man, he's been one of our best today. How'd you come to that conclusion like? Anyhow; decent spark about is in this half. No movement up top though which is gonna start to seriously work against us, cos Everton could hit us on the counter at any point. There's nowt keeping the ball in the final third; get Xisco on. Xisco? You'd be as well bringing on Ameobi. How so? Xisco's hurrying and chasing down with fresh legs could easily lead to an Everton mistake, due to tired legs and tired minds. Something to think about, especially compared to the stroller. Aye, a fair point but I've just not been overly impressed with what (admittedly very little) I've seen of Xisco so far. I was meaning to be sarcastic, and you know that though.
  10. And no sooner did I mention Ameobi than he makes an appearance. Oh, well...the draw would have been nice though.

  12. I want to know what the Everton fans overheard Joe Kinnear saying during the first half.
