Anita has never played in England before, Guthrie proved most of last season he was a very decent cover player. We have lost Best and Loven and have failed to add a striker, meaning there is a possibilty that Shola will be our only first choice striker in January. The youngsters are exactly that, certainly don't look ready for the prem.

The squad is weaker than the one that ended the season. A complete and utter failure from the board, but hardly suprising.

Back to the 4-4-2, which is even more frustrating considering Pards plays our best formation with our worst players, and our worst formation with the best players. We have Ba and Cisse an nobody else up front. Honestly we still have Shola who is a "decent" cover. I may have bias but 10m+ for Carroll is never a good deal. I'd rather spend 5-6m on some unproven striker in France. 10m+ for Carroll is definitely a panic buy. The point is we are doing neither.
