My trust in the man has waned of late, it's like he's been a different manager to the one we've known over the last couple of months. His team selections have been questionable, he's set us up poorly on a number of occasions, he's lacked any evidence of being able to motivate the group of players. He's still the man you want in the job, but my god this is not acceptable right now, whatever the state of the squad. Need a shock result at Arsenal now, something to get he confidence going again.

With our other options, I don't see any harm in trying this, I knowhe's young but he'll be coming into a no lose situation, as we've seen the quality of the senior keepers ahead of him and quite frankly it's appalling.

On the whole I'm OK with that team selection. When has starting Diame actually worked for us ? Why is Ritchie still not dropped ? How come he is still sticking with Lejuene ? Those are my three big whines I'll no doubt go back to when we start getting beat again. But on the whole, I'm OK with the team, at least it looks on paper more suited to the game at hand.

And what do you think the majority of our detractors are, including those lot down the road ?

It's still stupid, because the immediate reaction is that it's based on results of games, if you could explain it like that in one quick line fine but the flag doesn't work because NUFC are in a results business and we get "defeated" quiet frequently. It's like that stupid song a lot of other clubs such as Middlesboro sing "We're Middlesborough FC, the greatest team the world has ever seen" ffs. Don't give others ammunition to misinterpret.
