Hatem Ben Arfa pulled on a black and white shirt for the first time on Saturday as he made his Newcastle debut as a substitute against Blackpool, and had the number 37 on his back. He chose him basically he is a ring leader in the dressing room. Chris created a player group last year and Nolan is the leader of the pack. Very influential his situation is bigger than droping him for one game..... The entire Chris era evolve around him...... Very sad fact IMO
