Saka has been so impressive. No one to finish off his good work though. Martinelli never at the far post and Merino never there for the tap in centrally.

Really happy this kid is at least having a good run of fitness and some joy and success for the under 21s to build up his confidence. Think he should have played there when he first came in from Australia, before then looking at loans for him afterwards. To give him a chance to settle and acclimate to such a big change.

Love seeing us ahead of Man City. We have to finish ahead of them this season.

That break was awful. Isak had to put more on the pass through to Murphy. He's been poor Isak.

It's so unfortunate. A bit more focus and this game would have been so done and dusted we could have made changes at half time and got the likes of Osula and Miley on early.

We are so casual and lackluster when things are going well. Not a good trait at all.

That was 6 years ago. He was only 19 years old.

Not a bad shout. Mostly like him for his composure and use of the ball. Defensively, hard to judge in that awful Southampton side. Got good pedigree coming through at Man City and was good for England in the youth teams I think. Wonder how much they'd want for him.
