Trippier making it so easy for them on the first two goals just puts us in a hole so early. Willock being so anonymous in the middle of the pitch both going forward and defending, just invites a ton of pressure. I think the fact they were both yanked off at the half was a pretty clear indicator of what the manager thinks too.

Willock is another that is lauded for what he brings going forward, when he's on it. Defensively against capable teams, he really doesn't have any presence whatsoever. We would have been far better off going with the three at the back we used against Arsenal and leaving him on the bench.
