As is typically the case, yes.

The good thing is most clubs are now in a position to rinse them if they come in for these players. And spending these massive sums on individual players is not proving to make enough of a difference to justify it. Just positions other clubs to make up ground on them quicker.

With the way Joelinton plays that wide position, with him tucking in and combining well with others, I'm surprised we never explored him doing similar on the right when we were struggling for quality in that area. Will be interesting to see if that ever happens in future if we feel that Gordon needs to be back out left.
