Been absolutely brilliant.

What a ball from Pope.

This is so harsh man. These lot just can't put the ball away. We've had the better chances.
-
Almiron is so disappointing man ... my God.
-
Two brilliant balls from ASm fucking wasted.
Miggy is a disgrace.
-
Fuck off Miggy ...

ASM had to pass that into the middle man, Bruno was in so much space.
-
Defensively we just cannot afford to have Willock out there man. He is just invisible defensively. Making things that much harder.
-
Think I would have started Longstaff in that deeper role and binned Willock.
Bruno is making me nervous sitting deeper and chasing those midfielders breaking forward for Man City.

Saying we'd get slapped is bed wetting. Or just a reasonable prediction...
We're all thrilled for you. What a great supporter you are.

Stones hasn’t played much football, maybe he has an off day
Was happy when I saw his name. Has an error in him and could see Wilson causing him issues.

Kept the clean sheet too. What a performance.

Sure, but we need to create that freedom for him. I think our high press allows him to operate in the positions we want him to, but against teams like Forest it can backfire if he's too advanced, which I think at times we were. But luckily our advanced position allowed Schar to do what he did.
Ah, okay I see what you're saying about being too advanced.
I think Bruno when he has played in that position tends to be more of a roaming playmaker and so doesn't just stay further up the pitch. He finds space to influence the game without having to worry about holding his position. So I was thinking more of that kind of free role really.

I’m confused. So this Alvarez character is a defensive, deep lying midfield player?
Against Chelsea a few years back ...

We'd be laughing if we remembered where we left our coupon packet.
I think once they sold Raphinha they were good and weren't ever going to entertain offers that weren't silly money tbh.

Harrison has been quality.
Our lot clearly know what they're doing with the players they have been looking at.

I'm looking at some of these players and picturing your World Cup team and your midfield could be very good.
Tyler Adams, McKennie and Aaronson could be an immense midfield trio.
-
Now everyone is going to want Harrison. Prisoners of the moment man

He made things happen against Forest from a DM position. His position on the pitch is dependent upon the gameplan. I think Forest sitting deep did a good job of nullifying everything he made happen due to the lack of an extra attacker in the box.
I can certainly see the argument, and right now he's the best option for both positions, I just think we'd get more out of him with another attacker than with another defender.
I agree about Forest, but it was partly because they were sitting that deep he could still create from DM. I'd like him to have even more freedom.
But I understand what you're saying. I just see it differently.
