Like us getting a goal wrongly disallowed before Liverpool winning it in the 98th minute of 6(?) added on?
We know how it feels and there was nowt done then, fuck them.
It was the wrong call yesterday, there's been many more yet everyone else deals with it, I'm fucked if this is the line where 'they have to do more than apologise'.
Again, fuck them.
The at least drew the lines for that Isak goal and took the time to go through the necessary steps.
They said it was based on his sleeve, and it was close enough that it could be subjective.
Yesterday they didn't even know what the call in the pitch was, and didn't bother drawing the lines or making sure of the final decision, and then didn't correct the error between however many of them were in there.
You guys are too caught up with Liverpool. I'm more concerned about what these plonkers do during our upcoming games.

That's absolutely ridiculous tbh. They've fucked up, they've been banned for games, what do you want to happen beyond that as you're leading down a dangerous path.
They need to come put with specific changes to that whole process.
The whole thing was completely crazy man. It's really shocking how biased some of you are.
Only a matter of time before something equally horrific comes our way if they don't make drastic changes.
I'll remind you all then about the stance you're taking now.

Folks I know there's a lot of people that don't like Liverpool, but I really can't fault them in this case.
That error yesterday was so outrageous and compounded further by the fact that at no point did they ever alert the ref to the mistake afterwards.
I can't even imagine if that had been Newcastle man. I would have been enraged.
This has to go further than these goofy apologies. It has to be looked into further in this instance and some serious changes need to be made.
-
Apparently they looked at the offside based on Porro who was running with Diaz.
They didn't look at Romero's positioning.
I genuinely cannot believe these people man.
Are they trying to rush these decisions to keep the game flowing faster or something?
This is crazy incompetent.

So the statement confirms onside?
Wow ... the whole team that were on VAR should be sacked immediately, along with Howard Webb.
That is absolutely astonishing.

That is a disgrace from Matip man

This is really bad from Spurs mind. Creating next to nowt against 9 men
Because it's very tough going against teams that camp in and pack the box if you're not accustomed to doing so, was the same for us when we faced these setups.
Even with Maddison they are still struggling to open up a team with two less players.

There's the Allison wonder save to keep them in it like he did against Almiron and all.
This is ridiculous.

What a pass by Salah
Should have been their second.
They go down to 10 and it makes you think you can go at them more, and their forwards murder you on the break with their pace, with all the space they then have in behind.
Like you said, going the exact same route our game went.

Have a feeling this will go similar to our game.
Spurs to create a number of chances, not take them and then Liverpool score late on.
Great call man
The Liverpool forward players are such a nightmare.
Jota and Nunez to get thrown on later still.
-
Richarlison has looked much better on the left.
Good call by Ange making that switch.

That van de Ven is exceptionally good.

That Liverpool goal looked easily onside
Think his upper body was slightly more forward. Like they got us with Isak at Anfield.
What goes around comes around.

Class from Richarlison. Lovely first time ball.

Awful challenge, deserves a red. He went for the ball in a really stupid way and didn’t mean to nail him but you just can’t go in late like that. About as stonewall a red can get
Very well put.
Not his intention but way too awkward and clumsy.
-
Red all day.
Think he goes for the ball, but too untidy and careless in doing so.
-
That was a definite foul on March man. What the heck is wrong with these refs and VAR?

Interesting. I think he has a good mentality. He wasn’t as talented naturally as Anelka but ended up a level maybe two - better. Thats mentality.
I see Isak in that mould a little. A instinctive natural finisher like Anelka but more determined like Henry.
I think Wenger's influence was a big factor in him eventually developing that mentality.
The initial faith in him to persist upfront from Wenger would have been massive for his development. And then once it actually came together and he started performing there was no stopping him.

He didn't score, but he was electrifying in those first 10 games mind. Like a dribbley Darwin Nunez on steroids or Luis Suarez in his first half-season. Cristiano too. You knew he was a player.
Nunez movement is 10/10. A little more composure and cleaner ball striking he's a 20-goal-a-season player easy. He's almost brilliant. We saw it.
Yeah, he was still good, but even he was doubting himself as a striker and went to Wenger looking for a change, so imagine that self doubt with all the social media noise on top of it.
I think we potentially miss out on the level of player we ended up seeing. Henry can be a bit temperamental too. Don't think he would have handled it well at all.

probably moves that day forward with performances like last night
Nah man, if Trippier can get a rest more often, think it could actually extend his career.
Shouldn't feel like we need to play him as much as we have done previously, and so he should be much fresher going forward.

I don't get the angst over a release clause. Of course if be upset if real Madrid came in and got him but we're not a club that won't bother replacing the best player any more, it'll be gutting if he goes but that is the nature of financial fair play until we have much higher commercial income we will cash in i suspect then buy the next Bruno for half the price (well preferably before)
Yeah, I don't fear losing the guy if it comes to it to be honest. Says the release clause will be in excess of £100 million.
The money won't be pocketed by the owners while we're left short, as we just don't function that way anymore.
The fee will all go towards strengthening the team, and we'll continue to grow from there.
For what it's worth, if we continue on the current trajectory, I think it will still take a really unique situation for him to even be looking to leave at all.

I get it, but if this is what it takes so be it.
Minimum they need to introduce the automated onside/offside technology.
It doesn't make any sense how incompetent these people are man. My God.
