But wasn’t in the team originally? You are reasoning that he’d be a good replacement for Kane at Spurs no?
Spurs typically sign players whose reputations and profiles they then raise. They don't typically sign big name players.
Think it will be someone like a Dolberg or Edouard to replace Kane.

Watching Spinazzola and Maehle and reminding myself we have Jamaal Lewis.
This tournament has been so great man ... and soon it will be back to lamenting those bumbling bunch of oafs again.

Howay man. Comparing him to Kane, replacing Kane with this likely one hit wonder?
So this is the thing, he burst onto the scene when he was much younger (moreso than he is now!) when he was in that really good young Ajax team a few season's back that did really well in Europe.
Thought he was going to sky rocket to bigger things back then but it went a bit quiet not sure why. Seems he's finding his feet again now though. Guy has always been high quality. Not a one hit wonder at all!

Dolberg all round game is great like; vision, movement, first touch, all sorts of flicks first time into other players.
He has been absolutely brilliant. Such a classy striker with a cool and composed temperament. Hard to believe he wasn't in the team originally.
Can see him getting a move to a better club this summer off the back of this. Really like him a lot.
He's the striker Arsenal should have a look at. Bet they sign some other knacker instead though. Will probably end up at Spurs instead to replace Harry.

Italy just have that big tournment know how and mentality. Never ever believed Belgium could beat them. They're just not cut throat enough in the key moments.

Immobile is really poor in his decision making in general play. So frustrating.

Man, this is going to be a classic!

Spain man, I dunno, I just have funny vibes they could go all the way…
I think it will be difficult. Their defenders are a bit feeble at one end and at the other end their strikers are wasteful.
It would be very surprising for me if they manage it somehow.

Enrique over compensating his celebration to cover up that horrific showing.
Yup, absolutely

He'd missed before he got up there
Yeah, even against France Lloris got a hand to his penalty but it still snuck in, so I was confident in him at all.

Vargas inconsolable
He shouldn't be really. The main culprits are really Schar and Akanji who are the more senior players.
They shouldn't be down in anyway after all that though. Had a great tournament as a team.
-
If I was Spanish I'd actually be embarrassed to celebrate after that
-
This is embarrassing man. Urgh ... just smash it low and hard if you're nervous. My goodness man.
-
Akanji man ... disaster. Just smash it man!
-
Oh my God man!

Michael Oliver has money on Spain. Put Schar off there

Pressure on for Spain big time now. Fantastic penalty by the Swiss!

The state of that old man run up by Busquets

Switzerland are something else man

How is that not a foul on Sow?!
-
Xhaka is such a great captain for Switzerland. So strange seeing him in this light away from Arsenal.
-
Big respect for the Swiss man. Hope they at least get to penalties.

This ref man.

Great shout. Especially with Soucek and Coufal thriving there already.
Got the physical profile Moyes prefers too. Would be a heck of a move if they manage that.
