His passing is so predictable and cumbersome from there. Constantly puts the team under pressure and kills any build up play.

Whole team always just whack the ball into the box without looking up first. Every time. So poor.

Between Pope, Trippier and Burn the passing into midfield is just sad.

Ramsey is looking good. Sharp on the ball and played some nice passes into Woltemade, which no one else seems to manage.

Getting tired of those first time passes. Usually doesn't find a teammate as they're never ready for it.

It still helps create more space for him to cut in, as the defender in front of him often then gets drawn to the overlapping full back, or at least distracted by him.

As an example there was this sequence below started off by an OUTRAGEOUS kick by Ramsdale by the way. Willock does incredibly well to run away from Palhinha and even seems to look up, and Woltemade is right there to cut the ball back to, and he puts a cross into the box instead that was the more difficult option I think.

I just mentioned times when he has found the space and isn't picked out. It's not just about playing off the defenders shoulders. He's often available for a cut back in space, but the wingers often just throw a cross into the box all the time, with zero awareness of his movement.

At some point he's also going to have to start games and play his way into some form. Not starting over the weekend and then yesterday was a bit strange I thought. He's looked worse with the less games he's started.

Yeah, I think it's fine to discuss the performances outside of the result. Think it's great the team can still pull out results currently, while things aren't quite clicking. The Champions League campaign is going incredibly well so far. As far as any individuals, particularly further up the pitch, I can't even be too upset with their performances at the minute. Think everything leading up to the final third is not working well enough to consistently put them in decent positions, and so we just can't get into any kind of rhythm or flow.

Honestly, the fact we have failed to get this man a clear shooting opportunity in and around the box is just pitiful. The team should be ashamed. There have been enough opportunities to do so, but so many times a cross is just whacked into the box, when he's dropped off into a bit of space where a simple cut back gets him a decent shooting opportunity. I'm hoping with Tino and Hall coming back in, more of these chances come as we stretch defences more with the added width. The guy has really overachieved so far as the team hasn't been great going forward at all.

Honestly, he doesn't seem to be doing much thinking at all at the minute. Playing like his head's gone. Completely out of it mentally. Some really awful decision making. Serious question, but do we still have that person at the club that deals with the mental side of the game? He needs to get his mind right.
