You have to expect injuries at some point though. We have four strikers on the books which is probably more than most in this division. The problems have been in more than one area. of course you have to look at injuries - but our Brighton's top 2 leading scoring players are Glen Murray and Knockaert. Both with over 40 appearances between them, Dwight Gayle has some 30+ appearances. I know injuries happen and you can't jut blame that because you'd expect Perez, Mitro, and Murphy to make up the difference but where would Brighton be if Murray played 8-10 less matches? 26 starts for Gayle and 32 for Clark - two of our four real stand-out players who we've massively missed.
