SBR or not, when Bellamy and Robert were absent that season we looked a different team and not for the better Obviously, considering they were two of our better players at the time. Same would apply to absolutely any team. not really, Man U lose two of their 'better players' ie Vidic, Carrick, they're not going to look a different team Spurs lose Zakora, Keane, they're not going to look a different team. We did, Bellamy and Robert transformed us from a hard-working half-solid unit to a team with real penetration. Say Man United lose Ronaldo and Scholes then, they look a different team? yeah, then they are a different team but then Ronaldo isn't one of their 'better' players, he's their best which was my original point about Bellamy and Robert

Bellamy is a better footballer to be honest yeah Owen can finish better and is more useful to a great team anyday of the week
-
Solano Brown Rozenhal Ben Haim now that's a defence

I wish it wasn't but I think Zoggy's career at this club is all but over; I seriously doubt we'll see him here at the start of next season, and if we do, I don't think there'll be a place for him in Allardyce's team agree, if he shows Allardyce half the attitude that he shows when he's out on the town (and blatantly showed to Roeder) he's out
-
what the fuck
-
since Robert left we've never had any sort of deliver expert anywhere near the team, needs to change asap
-
good luck Titus

You are blind...Sorry mate... Emre has talent and can create something out of nothing...He didn't have a consistent last season but that's due to many reasons, one of them having Roeder, long spells on the treatment bench and the racisim accusation against him...Under Sam Allardyce I am hoping that things will improve with less injuries and players wanting to play for a manager who knows what he wants from his players...I think we should give Emre the chance to shine because deep inside there is a lot of talent there than can unlock enemy defences... agreed never thought I would say this, but Emre is the best candidate for captaincy

are you his dad?
-
have though for a good year that Barton is a close to the perfect partner for Emre as anyone in the prem great, great news
-
4 goals from open play in the premiership, 4 goals all fucking season! he had been running on empty since late 2003, and who can forget the fact that he went the whole of 2004 without scoring away from home in the premiership he was well and truly finished and should never have been offered a 1 year extension
-
Viduka is 31 years old, there is no way he's gonna go to Birmingham
-
a six-pack is a very easy thing to achieve if you exercise more than twice a week
-
Would love to see Shearer's goals per minute ratio in the 2004-5 season compared to Kluivert's. goals (from open play) per minute ratio especially but, like Taylor's stats, swept right under the carpet
-
good luck to big Titus
-
tell that to Andy 'we was unfairly done to' Cole
-
the difference between Emre and Dyer/Parker is that that Emre can actually pass/create
-
this considering he's added perhaps another stone of muscle whilst out, I think he'll surprise a few cunts when given an opportunity next season
-
Which ones that then? Please don't say Jon Stead... you'd hope he means Hulse, in fact, you'd pray.....
-
and the fact that in terms of goals and points he was one of the worst managers the premiership has ever seen
-
wow. they had a fantastic team back then. Too bad its not like that anymore fantastic team that got themselves relegated, and now only Ferdinand can say he has gone on to better things Yes, Dacourt playing for Roma and then winning the league with Inter was a real step down Kewell might have won the Champions League with Liverpool but he still pines for Elland Road Even Viduka achieved more at Boro than he did at Leeds- UEFA Cup runners up and League Cup winner compared to no medals at Leeds wrong tbh

Parker doesn't deserve to be named in the same sentence as Speed
-
absolute bullshit that, not a clue what you're talking about
