who mentioned last season?
-
nice one, al. meanwhile Shearer managed 4 from open play in the entire season Or 10, if you wanted to be correct of course. was refering to premiership to be honest, wasn't incorrect Bellamy had scored 10 by xmas, Shearer was in no position to attack Bellamy's goalscoring
-
the only things we can count on are............. 1. Parker and Butt will start in the centre of midfield 2. Given will be in goal 3. Martins will be up front 4. Bramble will start at CB 5. Duff will play some part
-
"spend over a grand on our superb range of club towels and get the chance to win a signed Stephen Carr shirt"

I think it does tbh. If you're making the point solely about personal abuse or something then fair enough, but he's an extremely poor player at this level. He's not what I would call competent backup for a Premiership side. His "defending" for West Ham's second goal a few weeks ago is one of the worst fundamental errors of defending I have ever seen at this level. Would have been hilarious if it wasn't us, saying it was schoolboy stuff would be harsh on 9 year olds. He is no worse than Shambles, but the big fella gets defender by people who still incorrectly think he had untapped pitential or something stupid. Ramage is by no means worse than Carr, Babayaro, Bramble, or Moore. yeah, i can see Ramage playing for the England U-21's like Bramble did but yes, he is in the same league as Carr, Babayaro and Moore Loads of players who are never going to be good play for the U21s. Ramage is not worse than Bramble, as any of the shambolic performances that our c.£5m "full of potential" ex-Ipswich man has put in shows. Bramble has proven himself to be a Championship player, just like Ramage is, and has utterly failed to meet his potential and our expectations, but for some reason he gets his leghumped off fans who still think he will get better. for the record i think he will get better, but that's irrelevant. In terms of ability he is way ahead of Ramage, way ahead. Bramble actually has two feet for one. But both of Brambles feet are rubbish. He hasn't improved a jot since he came. Neither of the fuckersare Premiership class. you really do spoil yourself with your criticism of the guy

very much in agreement with you
-
worst performance? that game showed him to be a league 1 player at best
-
Capitalised on some shocking goalkeeping by Shaka Hislop to score two goals in the last two minutes and send us crashing to a 2-1 defeat at Ewood in April (?) '96. More or less the final nail in our coffin. not half as shocking as some of Srnicek's goalkeeping that season
-
keep him as far away from a football as possible
-
half of the Nufc hatred comes from hellholes such as Hull, Stoke etc. The same clueless cunts who get the train up here for a night out. tossers
-
Roeder is a decent guy et etc..................... but a massive embarrassment, Roy Keane is at least a man's man
-
Viduka is a very good striker, but fuck him, only a matter of time before he goes awol to Australia because his dad's lost his teeth or whatever
-
Neville is nothing more than a good right-back, past his best
-
not in this life sadly
-
it's scary but i'm actually in agreement with everything yorkie-geordie has said tonight
-
Let him start his managerial career at Luton Town
-
to be fair, Ameobi's appearance on cribs was worse. "these are my hats, I like hats"
-
that 'original' comment ties in with what i have said since in fairness. I consider racism deplorable but I can't understand why anyone would consider being on the recieving end of a word, worse than being on the recieving end of a punch

Eh? What are you on about? Who is going to call Emre a "f****** cracker". We play our games in Newcastle, not Tennessee ffs. alright, if he was called a white b****** then, relevant as ever Aye that would be out of order, of course it would. But realistically, it's not gonna happen is it. Tbh, I just find the whole "If Emre had said x would it have been worse than y" or "If so-and-so had said x to Emre, nothing would happen" thing a bit daft. If he said what he's alleged to have said, it's bad enough. No point looking for ways to excuse it. not trying to excuse anything. All i'm saying is that racism towards black people, no matter how deplorable, is often conveyed as a cardinal sin when the reality of the situation is that a word has been used.

the double standards that exist are ridiculous. If Emre had told X to go f*** his f****** whore of a mother in response to X calling him a f****** cracker or whatever, nobody would have given a s***

look at the stats for successful tackles after every game. Bramble makes a mockery of the other defenders
