Only time he looked really bad was when he was having to play a series of games in a row (much like Nolan in that respect). As back-up, playing infrequently only when needed I think he's good enough. At the start of the season he looked excellent, though that seems to have been forgotten now.

Seemed decent enough today, would be an improvement on Routledge. If he's happy to come here as back-up then great, but tbh with all fit our midfield should be: Barton, Nolan, Tiote, Ben Arfa, with Carroll and a new striker.
