It's not just that he hasn't been able to find solutions all season to problems, it's been horrific and most fans can predict from first few mins every game how it's going to go and opposition know that. His solution is swap a winger for an even shitter one, keep strikers on bench for a winger up top, take one of your most technical players out and put Dan Burn at left back again, play flat 3 midfield and continuously hope it just works, watch the momentum drain from the game and keep delaying subs while looking fucking puzzled on the touchline, play a really high line and come unstuck time and time again. It's been total shit all season and it's getting worse, even yesterday our goal threat is atrocious although we played better defensively. We tend to play forward with very static/limited movement keeping shape over fluid moments and end up losing the ball, also none of our players seem to be able to cross, pass or take set pieces anymore

I think it's more the bizarre decision making, lack of anything good going forward etc than this result in isolation. It all looks stale and not much improvement

Some of it is players, some of it is coaching and management. The sheer unwillingness to adapt and the fucking shocking in game management has led us to this position. Relying on defined patterns of play, static football and no fluidity makes us fucking rank to watch. Our so called high press gets cut open and Howe doesn't step back and think through what could be changed. Whatever style we try to have has barely worked for the last season and he won't try anything else. I loved the bloke but this season has been rank and we should blame players but his job is to organize them, put an effective team together and adapt to opposition and he's done none of that all season

What's he going to do different next season, how even with new players will he evolve the team, what happens if we have too many games again, why is he allergic to making timely subs or changing it when see danger, why does he and tindall constantly look perplexed on the sideline, when will he question his own tactics and formation as they just don't work

As soon as they brought on those 3 subs could see what would happen and we just did nothing

He needs to go, once again you could have predicted that and Howe saw nothing. Absolutely fucking useless as he has been all season in the league, clueless as fuck and we are weak as fuck

Been excellent in those first few seasons, just not at the level for premier League now or certainly not in this team. Wouldn't be surprised to see him end up in America or maybe at a championship club next year.

Maybe we don't but just feels that way or maybe it's the fact we lose our shape completely, watching on Sunday it was shocking, shape completely gone and random closing down and not getting close. The team doesn't really move as one anymore and make it a fucking nightmare for opponents and what usually happens is we are out of sync not tracking runners and concede. Slow it down, focus on shape, pick them off and have more chance

I think a keeper is only part of the problem , positioning and recovery when defending a big part. We often don't concede goals because of the keeper of looked over season, it's how we setup, defend and stupid mistakes as well as not retaining possession well enough/slowing it down in final 3rd. We are a kick and rush then lose the ball team, we get dragged out of position and then teams find the space behind. We fair better against some of the top teams as that press knocks them off their game and breaks up their possession game, the lower teams are happy to not have the ball and setup to deal with that. We would do well to manage how we play better against the lower teams, more patient and guarded until later in the game and then push on.

Run ourselves into ground in first 20 mins then collapse and look nervous and inept for rest of the game. I think Plan B is after 45 mins look like a fucking shambles and absolutely no comparison to first half efforts

Do we give away that many shots in a game? Im not sure but just tends to be we switch off and opposition score rather than being peppered by shots most games I think.

I think Gordon would be fine in the right team and setup. Needs better players around him. That said for right money and if invested well I think developing the team within our restrictions comes first.
