I don't want Howe out, I want him to rethink what we are doing and choices being made, unfortunately it just feels like it's all going the wrong way and he isn't course correcting it. Feels like he believes in his system and expecting magic to happen. He is being massively let down by players such as Pope, Trips, Ramsey, Gordon, Murphy, Wissa and Woltemade with very few showing their real quality this season. Hall, Miley and Bruno possibly only 3 that can say have given everything this season.

Look at the Mackems they have signed some decent players for a lot less than we spent and the likes of Sadiki, Mukiele, Diarra would have been useful in our team/squad

We won't sign more than 5 maybe 6 players in summer in reality so going to need to get more out of players we have or bring in youth players. If he's going to do that then now is probably the time to start. If Tonali and Livra and Gordon went then that's a lot to replace as well as needing upgrades across the pitch. We need one athletic beast of a midfielder that just keeps it simple but can cover ground quickly/closedown and tackle and another more skillful. A technical attacker/winger and a all action full back I reckon.

My concern with Howe is relying on the older so called trusted players and not taking any chances with youngsters. How will Shahar, Neave, Murphy, Park, Alibi progress if not given half a chance. League to me is pretty much gone, can't see us picking up enough points to get even top 8 so would like him to try something different and phase a few players out. Wouldn't even be against Osula starting up front for a few games as Wissa and Woltemade offer very little right now. Maybe when Miley is back drop him and Tonali in as holding kids and 1 of Bruno, Willock, Ramsey as a number 10 for rest of season and go 4231. Create a different way to play and never know.
