We don't have better players than those 2 though and would often come up with something. For some reason just too many players not in form yet

Positives Hall looking a solid player as is Livramento, thought Joelinton did his job well, Burn up for it, Tonali has top awareness of what's around him and Collective Pressing and Intensity looks back at leats

Nothing wrong tactically at all, it was the front 3 not putting it away, created enough chances and didn't give Brighton much across middle of pitch or at back. Need someone to have a bit of scoring form, Isak or Gordon

Really terrible finishing, done enough elsewhere to win this but absolutely garbage up front. If that clicked we would have hammered these

Burn is a great squad player to have around. He has his limitations but can do a solid job coming in if get first choice sorted. Similarly Krafth not let anyone down, puts the effort in and decent squad player. Cost 5 million and covered Right Back and Centre Half and done ok in those roles. Bang average but mostly know what you are getting when he plays

When Schar and Burn had ball he was always looking to step into space to be available and would shift a few yards away from Everton players to get that bit space

We have been shit against them away for years, last season's game was dreadful. Think they don't have much about them but defensively reasonably capable. Actually surprised they didn't score in last minute as was expecting it

True he did as did Trippier, Bruno against Fulham etc. Think a lot of good signs from him last few games and more to him than Longstaff has, more technically capable for starters

Not having Wilson or Isak kills us up front as think they would have had a couple today. Another positive with most players fit we were mostly able to keep going full 90, not back to total pressing intensity best yet but signs were there. Hopefully get through to Jan in or around top 4/5 and sign a couple players.

And while it was frustrating we couldnt finish thought there were positive signs in our play even if Everton played low block we moved well across the middle, much different to previous games I think.

Don't get the Tonali was poor stuff. Thought his movement, availability for the ball and moving it quickly was decent, still growing into it but covered the ground well as well.

We look more solid and better control compared to games before city, seems to be a bit sharper but absolutely shit at hurting teams given the amount of times we had it in their half

I can't see us finishing above 7th/8th this season and that might mean big changes next season to bridge that gap and few bigger players leaving. We look too vulnerable and not offering enough attacking threat. I really thought defence was the issue and still is a bit but our inability to play through teams like we had been doing is killing us. We look weak and feable going forward. If we hadn't finished 4th we would probably be happy with a 7th place finish and build again.

His work rate is underrated and wouldn't offer less than that front 3 and midfield just have. Fucking rank watching this. No clue how to attack at all and then Fulham just run through us with ease. Been happening all season and seemingly Howe doesn't have the ability to fix it. No pressing with intent, wasteful on the ball, tactically poor, slow as fuck and no movement at all. Side to side and start again. Boring, disgusting football and no real injuries to hide behind now. Always backed Howe and think he's mint but not sure what he's doing this season with that team and how the fuck Tonali isn't starting. Maybe instead of chasing Guehi all transfer window he should have looked to improve a few areas of the team. Don't even think defence is the real problem it's that 6 in front of them

The 433 just isn't working anymore, needs to change that shape a bit and need someone to link play in middle

Where's the aggression, pressing, running at them fucked off to. The football at moment is no better than the shit Bruce gave us in reality except with better players
