We simply are not playing to his strengths and are not providing enough opportunities. Yes he has missed a couple of howlers but if we actually look to play him in on the floor or over the top for him to run into (Rather than fire long balls for him to win headers) then we may see some improvements. Really need to play Ferguson/Marveux/Sammy on the left with HBA on right if we are to persist with 4-4-2 and Cisse needs to be centre only. It's a pity Pards won't play Demba on left again as our movement was fantastic last season in that 4-3-3. I would be happy playing 4-3-3 with Fergie and HBA on either side of Cisse or Ba - Cabaye in attacking mid and Tiote and Anita as defensive - I reckon the balance would be just what's needed. Pardew will probs continue to play the way we are though and things will go even more down hill.

It's a total joke really when you look at the players we have up front they are not equipped to play long ball, the fact we resort to Shola nearly every fucking game says it all. What we really need is to work the ball to the likes of Ferguson/Sammy/Ben Arfa/Marveux and tell them to get the crosses in, Cisse and Ba would score a lot more if we actually supplied them with balls through and in swinging crosses. Rather than hopeless punts from Krul, Williamson, Simpson and Taylor which inevitably come straight back to us because we don't have that target man and someone waiting to get on the end of knock downs or 2nd balls. It's that simple and I honestly have no fucking idea what Pardews game plans are anymore rather than to nick a goal and hold on.

Would quite like to see Fergie start this one at left wing, Would expect Anita/Cabaye/Jonas as 3 in midfield. On another note does anyone expect Tav to oust Simpson by end of season, I think he looks very composed if a little naive at times but definitely a lot of potential

It's bizarre, their is quite a few on there saying they have a good manager but a shit team - however wasn't this the best team/squad ever and much better than our lot. Even if a shit team I would expect a so called good manager to manage more than 1 win in 18 (Just burst out laughing thinking about that ) What makes these fuckers love him so much, what has he fucking achieved for them? - Pards has achieved more for us but I wouldn't say I love him and he's a fucking brilliant manager and if we lose it's because of the team. Even Everton have Mirallas and Pienaar but i yeah i don't think a top 4 side will buy him straight from the championship that would be unusual. Usually championship stars go to mid table PL sides or PL sides playing in EL and star for a few years and then go to CL clubs if the club in question have not gone on to CL level. Aka the Ashley Young route, i would be surprised if a top 4 club comes in at this stage and honestly i feel the same way about Zaha.
