For starters don't play 4-4-2, play Anita at right back instead of Perch, Tell his team not to launch the ball to players who are not suited to it, don't play Jonas left wing, the list goes on. It's the managers fault, he should be seeing these things, ffs he switched Perch and Anita in last two games as it does not work and same with Jonas and left wing. If its not working in other games when does he get it.

That was fucking awful, Pardew needs to learn and quick we have massively hit the reset button, playing 4-4-2, launching the ball, all over the place in midfield and back when being attacked and absolutely zero creativity. Pards 4-3-3 just worked last season we looked fluid and dangerous, don't try and accommodate, try and fucking win. Perch is not a right back (Although Tav did look iffy then), Jonas is not a left winger (Too Slow, Shit on the ball, Can't Cross/Score/Dribble), Ba and Cisse can't play up front together, it will never ever work. Oh and hoofing the ball does not work for us, it just comes straight back time and time again we don't have the players for it, however we do have the players to play it out from the back so just fucking do that yeah

Have we been playing 4-4-2 by any chance, only saw bits of first half, Jonas on left has not worked for fucking ages, Cisse and Ba up front doesn't work, 4-4-2 is a shocking formation when you don't have good wingers - Ben Arfa drifts in to much rather than hugging touch line - still class though but 4-4-2 doe not work for him. We have the players for 4-3-3 or some other fluid formation not a fucking rigid 4-4-2 with a left back and left winger who can't cross a fucking ball and a right hand side that don't cross inwards.

Perch just can't play right back not agile enough, good enough for central positions only, ridiculous doing it again after having to change both times, however this time he doesn't have Anita on the pitch, where is the sense in that, him and Williamson alongside each other absolutely terrifies me

Can't see perch not playing, probably as last game pardew will play anita centre, perch right back and then realise it doesn't work after 20 min and switch round. Personally i would start tav there n see what he's made of

Would like to think we could have that sort of stability and still progress over next few years, however we are the soap opera of the premier league and it will go monumentally wrong. The good thing though is that Pardew really has everything in place to do well with young players starting to break through, but can he actually pick a system and stick with it. We seem to reset to the beginning of last season rather than progressed to a 4-3-3 fluid team, hope he can progress us in next 8 years
