  1. They need to bring Steve Bruce on.
  2. Mentioning that night in Barcelona AGAIN. Fucking pleb. He only does it every 33.6 minutes. Mind you, he cheekily didn't say it by name did he, the Man Utd loving prick.
  3. Haha loving this ref. He is reffing this just as I would, red cunts.
  4. Man United players in being petulant cunts when things aren't going their way shocker.
  5. Clive is crying into his Bovril. Shame.
  6. Not to mention it vastly increases our chance of winning if our best players are selected.

Would that really be the case say for the Reading debacle ?
  8. Berbs for me, like. Would love to still have him tbh. Berba, VDV and Modric in the same team last year would have been lush to watch, even without the bonuses of Bale and Lennon. Might even have usurped Hoddle, Waddle, Ardiles, Hazard and Chiedozie as the most stylish Spurs team in my lifetime. The 86-87 Tottenham side is by far and away the best and most stylish I've seen. Pleat was a very under rated manager, his foresight , I believe he was the first,to play 4-5-1 produced some great football to watch. Hoddle, Waddle and Clive Allen in full flow were nigh on impossible to stop.

I have no idea which managers would want to manage Newcastle or not so anyone I suggest would be pointless I think most managers with a track record of playing expressive attacking football would be a better choice though, preferably from the continent. Pardew simply isn't amongst the top bracket of managers imo. This 100%.

What if he massively overperformed last year, and this season's performance isn't underperformance but merely the optimum one. There is nothing that says different on his CV. You may as well ask what if last seasons performance was the normal, and this season he's been unlucky. It's basically a nonsense question. Not if you check his past performances it ain't.

At best he is a mid table manager, he is a reactive manager not a proactive one most of the time, and when he is proactive, his negativity generally means his changes make us more defensive. With this squad, that the owner has assembled, it is criminal that we don't maximise it with a better manager.

  14. Spurs' ground being referred to as "THE LANE".
  15. Platini doesn't have to do much to confirm our low opinion of him. Still better than Blatter though Though thats hardly saying much, is it ? I don't actually think he is any different to Blatter. Total scumbags the pair of them.

What's the punchline? Disappointing news all round after a bright start; but seemingly inevitable, and glad we can now move on. Hope he sorts his head out and shows his worth somewhere down the line. I was the punchline, he's mean! :-[
  18. Gareth Bale scores wonder goal as Spurs come from behind to beat West Ham at Upton Park.

Rather than making things happen , Pardew lets things happen first before doing something...rather akin to a cricket captain moving a fieldsman to an area where he would've caught someone out the ball previous. Today, he should've pushed on and made an attacking sub in the second half, whilst we were dominating. Maybe Marveaux for Jonas or even Tiote would've made us more potent offensively and may have even won us the game.
