  1. The lass is on the job now, why are women better at finding stuff than men? Maybe they should have only used women when looking for Moat.
  2. Been searching for my keeper gloves for 2hours now, I'm better off than I was yesterday as then all I had was one shinpad, I think Mike will be taking some of my money in his shop tomorrow for some new gloves, let's just hope it goes towrds a transfer.
  3. Well I was gonna drive but if you're driving then I could give you some petrol money. I live near tynemouth pool. get the metro and have a drink afters. Aye well if Greg drives then I'll be able to have a drink anyway.

  5. Dyer wasn't mediocre, I have no doubt he would have been an England regular had he not had the injury problems, even when he came back from injuries under Roeder iirc, he was different class.
  6. This with youngsters split between both as opposed to starting strong and ending with the kids and squad players. Aye I hope Haris gets a good run as I can see him making an impact this term.
  7. Every 3G pitch in the area has the same rules, no metal studs or blades on the pitch as it damages the 3G. If they've just opened the pitch, they'll be naturally protective of it and probably a bit strict. As long as your boots aren't caked in mud and don't have metal studs or blades, you'll be fine. They won't let you wear 'flat shoes' because of H&S (you'll go over on your ankle due to the rubber crumb) What about 5 a side boots? They are pretty flat but have those small rubber studs. I'm guessing they are the only footwear that is allowed. I hope we don't choose the pitch again (not having a go yorkie), but seems overly priced and almost like a prison in the do's/not do's It'll be alot more lax than it sounds I reckon, plus just go in trainers then when he pisses off just put whatever boots on you want, can't see him watching tha match.

  9. I had envisaged the first ringer-less Red/Blue game, which would have been marvellous, but we've always had em and it's a bit of a needs-must sorta thing. It's no biggy. Shame we've been forced into having both of em like, with the losses of Stu (is he playing?) and KenDahl, but there ya go. I'll be contacting the NFA about this. I'm contacting my MP if either of them score.
  10. Doesn't matter, our squads stronger than absinthe. Stick that in your bacardi breezer's squad pipe and smoke it.
  11. Like watching a badger making love to a Rhino, sounds class in theory but when you come to watch it you realise that they won't get over the final hurdle.
  12. Does anyone else not find it amusing that, just being promoted back to the Premiership, we're suddenly competing with Spurs and Everton and the like for players again? We are a bigger club than those two, doesn't surprise me, when was the last time either of them challenged for the title.
  13. Don't get cocky, last time we won we were probably underdogs and shocked them, we do have a mighty squad but they have some tidy players. We have NUT at the back though and in the last match he was outstanding.
  14. These games are alot more competetive than you might expect. RED ARMY! http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:vQRdTpaMBPNzNM:http://www.biocrawler.com/w/images/archive/5/56/20050413221220!Hammer_sickle_clean.png
  15. Sounds like he'll sign but not for 10 days although thats probably bollocks.
  16. Why would he want to face strikers of a lesser calibre than he did last season?
  17. I take it you're and Everton fan. You may be right about him being 10th choice but to be fair he's really about 3rd choice bearing in mind most of your midfield is injured all the time. We know how it feels though.
