Cant charge as much for standing. If you charge a tenner and can fit in 80% more people into the same area then you'll come out ahead based on drinks and food inside the stadium. That's not counting the benefit of having a full stadium roaring the team on. It also makes the game much more affordable for the working class, which is what clubs should be striving for. Safe Standing Terracing wont in England.
