Rafa's hands are massively tied by an owner who is trousering all the money the club gets from tv which only allows us to pick up low end or loan players. Ashely has no intention of trying to improve the club's status which has been in full reverse since he took over. Anyone wanting Rafa sacked and then expect this team to dramatically improve needs their head looking at. Ashley's choice of managers has been a disaster over the years. HIs brand of football is nowhere near where other clubs are moving to or have moved to. Hes a bit stuck in the 00s and doesn't seem to want to change, with the likes of Lukaku, Sanchez, Martial etc they should be a bit more free scoring than what they are.
