Now expanded to include: - Anyone who thinks Owen won't be at Man U next season is wrong. He always stays to the end of his contract.

I'm sure there will be no big money or big wages signings but if we get relegated again next season all the money Ashley had to put in this season will have been for nothing. Surely he'll grant transfer money for sensible squad strengthening. I can't see him being willing to risk another relegation. If you think about it, chances are we'll be fighting the other two Championship teams who come up plus the likes of Wigan, Bolton, etc. We 'only' have to be better than those sort of teams to survive.

I thought Sky TV had to get agreement from both clubs involved and the League before a game is rescheduled. Is that not how it works?

Thinking about it, 'Match of the Day' showed the tackle last night and paused it just before contact and his leg looked OK then so I assume this picture is after the event.

If that's the case Arsehole Winger is going to look even more of a twat.

After giving that penalty the ref has decided he's punished Man U enough now for the whole game.

How the fuck is that a booking if Vidic's wasn't?

How come Vidic wasn't sent off?

Football match broadcasters keep missing throw-ins, crosses and free kicks because of their obsession of showing close up shots of certain players. Edit - Ha ha. Pen!

R.Taylor and Pancrate may come on with 10 minutes to go to score their 'usual' Pancrate cross to R.Taylor shot goal. -
Means Bridge won't be expected to shake hands with anyone at the end of the game now.

But then they said he wouldn't be fit along with Butt, Enrique and Routledge. You have to keep checking for the latest info. -
Portsmouth FC in yet more trouble - administration again?

Nah, they will only porn it, and when some other team achieves it aswell their will be nothing to pass onto them. "Pawn" I think you mean unless Portsmouth have some strange sexual film idea. -
Who do you want to finish 4th in the Premier League?
LoveItIfWeBeatU replied to bealios's topic in Football
Interesting people saying not Man City. If we'd been lucky (in my opinion) and Mike Ashley had sold Newcastle to the people who went on to buy Man City (they tried to buy us and Ashley wouldn't sell so they went to Man City) we'd be in their position. Would our fans have made banners to take along to the game? Villa didn't go far in the Europa league. Knocked out in the first round. How would they do in the Champions League qualifier I wonder? -

Those Villa fans with their banners celebrating our relegation make it hard for me to want them to finish 4th. -
Portsmouth FC in yet more trouble - administration again?

Couldnt give a fuck what the players think, its not like another club wont pick them up and offer them a similar wage and not forgetting these cunts have been paid well in the past. Its not going to be like a 50 year old steel working who has only known the steel industry and has suddenly found that he has no job. Fuck the players. People i feel sorry for are the none playing staff and the fans. The players and board members are a bunch of cunts. FACT. My point wasn't 'let's feel sorry for the players', my point was 'How are the player going to react?'. They may play like shite for the rest of the season. It can't be good for motivation knowing no matter how well you do the club are almost certain to be relegated and you won't be there next season. Also I'm sure I've read if the players get paid late 3 times their contracts become void and they can walk for free if they want. -

How will the Portsmouth players react to the club going in to administration? Will they be paid? They may raise their game to try to impress potential future employers. They may just think "what's the point?" and go through the motions not wanting to risk an injury playing for a doomed club.
