  1. He's engineered it at the behest of the dippers. I don't give a shit if he's a snake, he's also probably the best striker in the world right now and letting him go to LFC basically guarantees them another glutful of trophies. I can see past the sulks of the player and know what is best for NUFC. And its not him going to dipperpool.
  2. It's really, really simple. We tell him he's going nowhere and if he wants out next summer he's gonna have to play his way out of the club. I bet that those who are saying get rid will be the ones crying the hardest when he's a sensation for the scouse cunts.
  3. Your feelings are understable but its bonkers that you want him gone. This is the exact response that the dippers want from our fanbase. They have engineered this very scenario right from the start.
  4. Agree with all of that, but you also seem to be of the opinion that either Isak will still be here, or we will have two replacements of the "required standard" instead. I put it to you that neither of these two scenarios will happen. Unless of course you think that Jackson and Wissa will meet the "required standard" litmus test for replacing Isak. In which case, there's nothing more I can say to you.
  5. I love your optimism, but I think you are going to be the angriest and most disappointed person on this forum, come September 1st. And God help you if Sunlun are above us in the league at that point. All the indications are that we are currently acting weak as piss in this situation, and are being played like a fiddle. Isak should have been told weeks ago he is going nowhere and that would have been the end of it. The fact that he hasn't though is the most glaring clue that we are going to be letting him go, and I bet it's closer to £100m than the £150m. We are currently being cuckolded beyond belief.
  6. If he comes back looking just as hungry for goals nobody will care. He doesnt have to love us, just do the fucking business.
  7. If this was happening next summer I’d agree with you. But the current circumstances and the way this has played out means he shoudn’t be allowed to go, no matter what.
  8. There aren’t any though, that’s the problem. Which is why Isak should not be sold for any amount. Which means if PIF do sell then they have indeed been a soft touch with this.
  9. Who are the replacements you would be happy with then, to allow the deal to happen?
  10. Exactly this. It’s devious work from the Scouse cunts. They know the bid would be rejected but the whole point of it is to make the situation even more toxic for NUFC and thus make the player’s rehabilitation less likely. When that £135m up front comes in is when it’s crunch time.
  11. So what will you think if we sell for £135m up front and £15m in add ons? Will that be PIF playing hardball?
  12. As has already been pointed out in the thread, Watkins has already passed his peak (that goal in the Euros last year was his peak moment). He’s not worth paying anywhere near £60m. The bottom line is that there is no adequate replacement for Isak available for a fair price this summer.
  13. Yep, the fact that they have had the confidence to bid tells its own story. It will be £135m + add ons that seals it. Watch us end up with Jackson as the “replacement”. Shambolic doesn’t even get close to describing this utter shit show.
  14. Losing Howe would definitely nuke the project, and the scary thing is that it's a distinct possibility to happen in the not too distant future if PIF don't get their act together.
  15. They could kill the whole thing stone dead with one statement. It's a glaring omission that tells it's own story. Isak is 100% available to buy if certain conditions are met.
  16. They are just waiting for us to get our replacement in, whoever that may be. As soon as that happens the bid will be in. I don't expect these events to happen until right near the end of the window though. It's going to be a standoff till then, meaning the supporters all go through the mixer for another 4 weeks.
  17. Again, which is why it's outrageous that we are even considering letting him go.
  18. Not expecting anything that remotely matches Isak, which is why it shouldn't be happening.
  19. Nobody, as Isak is irreplaceable. If the club are serious about being number 1 they'd be getting Sesko to play alongside Isak.
  20. Nobody. Which is why we shouldn't be selling.
  21. Are people happy to have this bloke as the Isak replacement? For me it's massively underwhelming.
  22. If he really wasn't for sale then NUFC could end this saga swiftly by releasing a statement on the club website saying so. The fact that they haven't done that speaks volumes. They are obviously hunting for a suitable replacement and if they find one then they will open the doors to the dippers to put a bid in. This is going to drag on until the end of the window.
