Not Joelinton for me. He's more valuable to us than he might be to others fighting for the top 4.

The Europeometer™ (2024/25) - NUFC Qualify for Champions League

Look at it this way. We'd be lucky to lose by one goal in December-January. We were near relegation form. And we still ended up with 60 points and a +23 GD. We are on the up. -
My buddy who lived underground for almost a year as Hiftar's forces hunted him is coping with his PTSD better than a few on here.

I think people may have been more gutted if we got sixth and ended up with ECL. -

Calling it a shit season is a bit much as well, considering what we came from and how new this project is. I could understand mixed, but shit? -
if it's a potentially good signing being reported on Sky News, a few people will torpedo it immediately. But if it's about Bruno's entourage peddling him from fakenews.com, a few people pipe in with the "worrying". Ashley truly did break us.

Ronaldo is like a WWE referee on here. There are 3 or 4 usual suspects on this forum. Certainly not even a sizable majority though. They just post a lot.

Yeah, I suspect that we are going to have a barnstorming one. Ended the season on a relatively high note when it looked fairly grim a few months ago. Big summer ahead, but I think this was a very useful lesson for the club. We're in good hands.

+23 GD and finishing 7th, despite that December-January run. Not bad at all. -
Absolute lovely dude.

It's not exactly a new term. Wearing your hat backwards was around when I was in high school and it was lame then.

One would think that over 4 months of Dubs with his feet stuck in amber would remind us how good Pope is. -
It is a horrible term. Meant to be used by frat boys to signal to the rest of the world that they're absolute tools.
-
Obviously signing for Man City first.
-
they do this with everyone though.

Insulting this group of players like that is just on another level of entitled stupidity. isn't it? nemtizz seriously needs to get a grip. -
I never had a reason to block you, man. I have no problems with you. I just think that some of your comments here have been full of hubris. you don’t need to stoop to calling people sheep or claiming that you have your finger on the pulse of reality while everyone else is clueless. It’s part of some of the most annoying social media tropes, and it doesn’t help your otherwise valid argument at all.
-
It’s not unreasonable at all, but it doesn’t help when posters post it with such blatant hubris, and often fail to admit the times they themselves have been wrong.
-
It’s idiotic to say what you said before this. You haven’t shown any brilliant powers of prognostication, nor has anyone else here really. You are not some brave whistleblower telling us the hard truths. You are in the pool with the rest of us peasants, but just sometimes make the experience unpleasant for everyone. That’s all.
-
As evidenced by this response to a post of mine.
-
This is just fucking idiotic and I know you’re better than that, man. Once again, it is absolute hubris for you to be so confident that you see how it really is while others are totally wrong. you are just a cynic at times, man. All that means is that you are likely more miserable getting to some end result.
-
You know you’ve lost when you refer to someone as a sheep like incels and conspirituality nuts regularly do.
-
When people call themselves realists, they are usually just telling us that they lack a bit of meta-cognition.
-
look, another "telling it like it is" and "people are allowed to have an opinion" comment. You continually confuse trolling and pathological pessimism with realism. The difference between optimists and pessimists is not necessarily that one is closer to reality than the other, like some of you like to tell yourselves. The big difference is that pessimists often make everyone else miserable and then struggle to understand why people don't like them.

I have buddies who were jailed by Hiftar's government in Eastern Libya for years who are more hopeful about the future than a few on here.
