I've said that before, they took him out of the game in the 2nd half near perfectly because he was running the show in the 1st half. I can't remember doing Tiote anything what was really countable today. ur just one of those that never appreciate the water carrier. he held up the midfield and should great composure and directed the flow brilliantly, tracked back and protected the back four and went with the runners. just because u didnt see him play any attacking balls foward dont mean he didnt have a good game man, wake up. he had one dodgy moment in the first half when he dabbled on the ball outside our own box that was only one real negative i can give him. I saw Tiote losing the ball at least 3 times today in situations where it shouldn't had happend. Btw, I very much appreciate players who aren't playing offensively... I just think that Tiote, compared with his performance against Everton, had a poor day today.

Get away man, he must have played that chip straight out of play about half a dozen times. His long balls to Carroll were perfect very often today. His through balls were good, but that's always a bit of luck whether they get through or not. His short passing was very accurate as well.

Knowing us, we'll get something from the Man City game now only to get our hopes up again for the Wigan home match where we'll fail again.

I agree with the thing about negative tactics as well now. Reminded me a bit of the games we had under Kinnear where we started strong and ended up very very poor.

Barton was the reason we were poor in the 2nd half, though. They kept him well out of the game. Just hope he didn't get injured at the end of the game. It looked like it did against City 2 years or so ago.

Don't think Hughton has done much wrong today. Ben Arfa didn't do too well today while Jonas looked very good after coming on. Shola for Tiote was a good move as well considering it was 2-1 that time.

It's annoyed me for 2 weeks now. Also Nicky Butt is possibly the worst pundit I've ever seen. We'd be actually in the title race for now if we'd won against Blackpool

I hope that we'll go for the 2nd and 3rd goal. The goal difference will always be important for us (as it already is, as it makes the difference between beeing 5th or 7th) Would also show how dominant we've been more than only a 1-0 win.

I think offensively we're playing very fast and very well. Defense wasn't tested much but overall I'm very happy with the performance.
