It's a very rich and established mechanism - if it was lead in the right way and didn't have the corrupt faces at it's top inner circle it could transform almost overnight for a positive thing for the world of football. I'm not saying I'm against tearing it down and starting again - just seems over kill. There's clearly a number corrupt cunts at the top that need removing from football, at any level, for good. Post that, rules need to come in to limit how long people stay at the top of FIFA and introduce transparency on everything it does to make it all fair again. Corruption is ingrained in the organisation now, you'd literally have to get rid of every single Fifa delegate (or whatever they're called) and start again with new rules as you say. So if you're doing that why not just start from scratch and give people a better organisation?
