  1. fuck that, aarons all the way with sammy backing him up
  2. wherever you've been exiled to it's not fucking far enough
  3. Hernan Crespo style flicked backheel finish from a low cross. Oh fuck me
  4. so these are fucking toilet again then eh?
  5. 12 of the came against us and Sunderland I find the 5 conceded the most remarkable really
  6. Southampton have only conceded 5 goals in the league all season scoring 23? WTF
  7. hard to see liverpool getting something out of this unless sterling isn't tired today
  8. Says Aarons isn't likely to play unfortunately, but would prefer to see Ameobi come in instead of Gouffran. That front 6 looks good though. However doubt we'll see Cisse & Perez on the pitch at the same time. AHAHAHAHA, that's tantamount to football suicide man, how are we going to keep the score at 0-0 with that front 6?
  9. he probably rocked up on his first day and asked what he was doing at the fucking circus, instant and eternal black mark
  10. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/nov/07/dusan-tadic-in-serbia-lose-like-somebody-dies-southampton-leciester-city "However, Tadic becomes hugely animated when the conversation turns to the need for players to feel free to express themselves on the pitch and he is visibly angry when he thinks of coaches who want to restrict the instinctiveness of natural talent. He flings his arms in the air and, while he does not mention anyone specifically, he says that there are a lot of coaches like that in Serbia. “They just like you to fight,” he says. “And that is it. You want to feel free. Every player can show his best when he is free. If you are a little bit afraid of something, you cannot show your best.” "
  11. fuck surely they could give him 2 minutes at the end of a game when when we're 3-0 up
  12. it's lucky we've got honest players actually 'cause the manager is aldridge fucking prior
  13. Probably because they'll know he'll start? i think teams posted should be prefixed with "i'd start" or "i expect to see" to avoid this anyway i expect back 5 colback sissoko abeid gouff sammy cisse in some form or other, maybe aarons for sammy but i don't think he's got the bottle start ayoze & aarons away from home personally
  14. it think that's just relating to the immediate term tbf, his opinion being they are where they should be with the current level of investment and squad strength etc. rather than a wider point about their status in the game, though i suspect you know this i think his opinion is absolute bullshit mind Aye, still think its a shit thing to say, 6 losses on the bounce ffs. "gnashing of teeth" such a fucking pompous thing to say about blokes who are shelling out fuckloads of money to watch their team. it's got my back right up that like after the pardew bullshit, fucking disgusting making a living like that

  16. where's brummie? fuck me: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2014/nov/07/premier-league-10-things-talking-points 4) Aston Villa are exactly where they should be After 10 games Aston Villa are one point worse off than last season and, given the lack of funding and the public desire of the owner to flog the club, it should come as no great surprise there has been no progress. Yet the gnashing off teeth emanating from Birmingham would have you believe Paul Lambert was overseeing some sort of calamity. Perhaps it was the strong start that raised expectations unreasonably high – they have the same points as they had on 13 September when they gained a stirring away win at Liverpool – and it was probably an error to award Lambert a new contract off the back of a few good results but all he can really be accused of is not turning coal into gold. November is the month in which worried clubs traditionally get shot of underperforming managers, but the Scot should be not be put in that category. Villa were unlucky to lose to Spurs last week, and probably would have had a deserved win if not for the idiocy of Christian Benteke. A run of six defeats obviously does not look good but of those, only the feeble effort at QPR really stands out. Villa are exactly where one would expect them to be and it is unlikely a change of manager would make any difference. If fingers are to be pointed it must surely be at the board, unable to sell the club and unwilling to fund transfers that may make the team a more enticing prospect for a purchaser. A visit to high-flying West Ham is no easy task but a point this weekend would go a long way to steadying the nerves. Villa are not going to worry the top half of the table but they will stay up – and frankly that is all that should be expected of the manager given the resources available to him. TM i'm starting to really hate football like
  17. if allardyce has his main men fit when we play them i reckon it's our next 3 goal (or more) defeat, as shite as he is he's the type who'll be able to pick apart pardew's woefully one dimensional plan and exploit it's weaknesses also in this 'run' we've not come up against a striker in form yet, last time we did southampton took us apart, it looked like spurs might have an attack on form but they didn't show up
  18. no way he starts imo, impact sub again
  19. tend to agree, he looks to have speed of thought and movement more than his own pace...if we don't develop more of a pass and move mentality i fear he'll not be the success he should be i liked his cross for the goal at spurs, saw that in his montpellier highlights, he's got real quality imo if people are moving off him
  20. i like the pissed off looking lion, he gets my vote
  21. Watch it again - gives the goalie the eyes by looking at the opposite corner then went to the near post. The goalie fell for it but managed to make the save with his feet. IMO good play and a sign of intelligence. If Obertan had done the same you would have slated him. It was a weak attempt. he did everything right but put the ball too close to the keeper, there was acres of space between the keeper and the post
