  1. timing is weird really, you'd have thought it would have been better done yesterday if he was trying to quell the atmosphere, i think if people here about it now full of the drink it's only going to make it worse
  2. he's fucked in the head man, or doesn't have the slightest idea that we're getting relegated under pardew
  3. i don't think this situation will ever be repeated at another club personally, a manager so shameless and greedy to hang on for the payoff and an owner with such disregard for the club he owns and it's fans that he's willing to throw a person under the bus today in order to force him to resign to save a few quid pardew has done such a good job through the same media of convincing loads of our fans and the media themselves that he bears no responsbility for results - the website is amazing and blows it all out of the water one thing i'd say is this though, if the media didn't think that most fans wanted him out they'd still be peddling the same shite, they're just jumping on the bandwagon now that's clear virtually no-one wants him at the club
  4. aye now, he's just spent 1.5 years being pardewed good chance he'll get back with an actual football manager
  5. Suppose the hope is of Ashley really likes the idea of Moyes and respects him going into things he'll relax his interference and bullshit, and that Moyes would insist on such. There have been stories of Ashley being a fan of Moyes tbf
  6. we've not had a single player offside so far this season, is that right?!!!
  7. Christ imagine if he returns in January to play for a good manager
  8. I'm not so sure personally, in itself it might not bother him but it does hint that people might start bringing his business into nufc matters and he won't want a massive negative association.
  9. Hoping a mass protest on Saturday might wake Ashley up a bit, especially as these fuckers have hijacked his company logo as well, can't see him liking that one bit. Hopefully he gets a decent replacement to save himself 2 more years of shite and hassle.
  10. Did he say the protests are an ego trip? Someone should tell that anonymous group leading the charge.
  11. imagine trying to turn around 4 years in 4 days, if he even knew what the fuck you were talking about
  12. i was looking for somewhere to post this question; if things go mental considering everything these people seem to have done so far - i.e. if it works and the entire 50,000 crowd get behind it has there ever been a more focused and driven protest against a manager in english football?
  13. the sheep have been woken up alan, and they're fucking hungry
  14. the man must know what he's about to walk into, and he's certainly not staying in it for the professional pride or belief he can turn it around unless you're on the breadline can you imagine hanging onto a job like this, where 99% of people involved want you gone and are publicly voicing it his life must be a living purgatory good
  15. Sorry my bad got confused by the De Jongs The De Jongs got stripped of their squad numbers? i don't know what's going on now, forget the squad numbers but wasn't it said he returned after treatment and pardew told him he wasn't wanted, or words to that effect?
  16. i got skewed by that post from james on the page before, i thought it was being said that he returned to the club and was more or less told to beat it by pards?
  17. difference between giving him a squad number/keeping him around the squad under the circumstances and telling him to fuck off though
  18. Aye, the club did give him to get the permission to go back home for treatment. But what I can't understand how Pardew can be so cold blooded and ruthless to tell a man who just came back from cancer treatment to train with your team, to basically go and find another club. Yes, he was probably being honest with not having Jonas in his plans, but ffs, I couldn't have done it. And Jonas specifically pointed it out that it was Pardew who told him to leave. If he liked Pardew, he wouldn't have mentioned the cunt's name out to dry. Well, I given the climate wrt pardew at the moment this is kind of the bit I was referring to. If he's done that, as coldly as it seems, then he's gone a lot further down in my estimation, which I didn't think was possible. Until I hear otherwise I'm going to assume there's a little more to the story as I find it hard to accept that even pardew has done that.

I bet it hasn't even registered with them. same, unless a complaint was put into the FA by those involved they'll not give 2 shits can't understand why there hasn't been such a complaint from those involved mind
  20. there's surely no way the club have heartlessly cut adrift a player diagnosed with cancer like, whatever else they might be there's just no way i can bring myself to believe they'd do that
  21. man-fucking-cini a winner i'll grant you but more eye-bleedingly bad football, fuck that
