2014 FIFA World Cup Brasil™ - Europe vs. America

At least that is guaranteed to be entertaining. I wouldn't say the same for matches involving these four teams. I will half-heartedly support Les Fennecs, tonight. Just for the sake of solidarity. Is that some West vs North African conflict I sense Honestly, no. I will never support Egypt or Tunisia, but Algeria haven't beaten Nigeria since I was a newborn and have played good football in Brazil. I find them acceptable. -

I said you would like. I'm sort of surprised that it was seen as being a really difficult group. Yeah, I thought it would be Ghana going through, but once it became clear that Ronadlo wasn't 100% fit, this group became Germany+three similar teams fighting for second. -

I don't know which failed more spectacularly at this World Cup out of Ghana and Cote D'Ivoire. Constantly selfish in attack and the second goal is amateur from Dauda. Congratulations, US. -

If Black Stars score, they'll have the same goal difference and more goals than US, no? -

Heart attack time for everyone now. Portugal probably out. Another Ghana goal makes this crazy. -

The next ten minutes are vital in both matches. A goal for Portugal or Germany and the US will really begin to sweat, tbh. -

You're through. One day after Feltonmas and you're jinxing? I hadn't finished my post, yet. I forget how much I hate Asamoah Gyan every time I try to support Ghana in a match. -

You're through unless Germany blitzes you or one of the other two teams (Ghana) gives up. -

America will lose that match, if Germany still has interest in the second half, but nothing in the other game indicates, they are in any trouble of not going through. Portugal and Ghana both look very poor. -

and the scary thing is neither Uruguay or Liverpool (club or fans) will acknowledge any wrong doing and continue to paint him as a victimized martyr at the hands of the evil british press its no f***ing surprise he's continued doing this kind of s*** because he keeps getting protected and will no doubt do something similar in the future. Personally, I think he continues this sort of behaviour because he has serious problem with lack of impulse controland sanity, but it is incredible the lengths everyone involved for Uruguay has gone to protect him. They treat him like a differently abled family member. -

Suarez will miss at least 20-25 matches. Nine international, nine in the Premier League, maybe 2 or 3 in the League Cup, and a number of CL group matches. -

Why Ligue 1, only. I can only think of Ayew brothers and Mensah who play there. Somehow every single country aside from the African ones manages to pay their players, though. Iran and Colombia are not amazing, first world and stable nations yet they don't have such problems. It is a give and take, tbh. Song would never dare elbow someone in the spine playing for Barcelona and Muntari/Boateng would never attack officials at their clubs, but their clubs would also never completely disregard their wages and well-being. -

Musa was a FIFA legend on 13 for me, that was my knowledge of him. Swoop in early in the career, get him on the cheap. What a guy. People hyping Musa must not have seen run out of play for no reason against Iran at least five times. -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_ranked_by_ethnic_and_cultural_diversity_level I wondered about that statement. Turns out the UK is more ethnically diverse than France - though that includes Wales and Scotland, naturally. Off the top of my head, Sterling, Johnson, Sturridge could have played for Jamaica, Welbeck for Ghana, Jagielka for Poland, Barkley for Nigeria. They just seem less likely to do so. I still doubt there is a much diversity as France, though. -
Belgium, US, Ghana, and Portugal would all be fairly difficult quarterfinal matches, tbf.

Honduras rival Cameroon (and maybe some of the Asian teams) for the worst team in this tournament, imo. This will be easy work. -

What a great match! A welcome distraction from other events. Musa is a funny player, when he is at his best, the guy can just be lethal like today. On his poor days, he is barely a footballer. Hard to know what to make of him. The right side with Odemwingie and Ambrose is going to be what finishes this team, tbh. Ambrose is just lost three or four times a match and Osaze doesn't want to do the defensive work all of the match. I would return Oboabona to the side at right back. Also, Osaze and Mikel Obi in the midfield are asked to do a lot and it just doesn't always work and their roles are confusing. Mikel is meant to be dictating play forward and Onazi breaking up, but they seem to switch at random and receive no defensive help from the attacking band of three. It is no wonder both seem exhausted every match. Regardless, for now I am just happy, and thankful for my magnificent Bosnian friends! My girlfriend and most of her family are French citizens, so I am looking forward to our boys smashing their country to pieces. UP SE! Edit: Keshi first African manager to take a team to the knockout stages!! -

A Serbian witch predicted the other day that no African team will be going to R16 yesterday. He's coming for ya mate . How do you rate your chances vs. Argies tomorrow man ? I predict no Iranians will enter the opposition box all match even though you need a win to have even a chance. Good luck to you, sir. -

African teams always seem to have fantastic athleticism, but often lack the consistency, discipline and tactical awareness of South American and European teams. It takes such consistency to get kicked in the box in the last second of the game and to roll a penalty past a spastic keeper that allowed Zambia to score eleven consecutive ones two years ago. Mscheww. Elefants are addicted to failure. How many chances have they had to easily win ACN and ruined it? Make them now go pleasure themselves to how good their team "could have been". Fools. Elefants are a joke. -

Both goals complete gifts for no reason whatsoever. That is the third goal that they have given up for legitimately no reason.
