As I said I believe the deal with Liverpool has all been agreed for Isak pending an adequate replacement so it’ll be interesting how the club handle that today when the news eventually comes out sesko is off to Man Utd. There are going to be some interesting conversations in the club today. I’d expect Isak to be involved in some sort of training if those conversations go well.

Be quite something seen as he’s currently injured with no preseason.

It’s going to come to a point that after this weekend and a striker has not been brought in the leadership group Bruno, Burn etc will be asking serious questions why we are going into a season with no recognised striker on the books (assuming Isak is off)

You can’t just pluck names out of a hat, the club has to do the due diligence, scouting etc. this is how signings can go terribly wrong. If we don’t get Sesko we have to convince Isak to stay somehow.

Not sure on the reliability but I’ve heard Isak to Liverpool is pretty much done, all that is delaying is the replacement player. Seems likely as we have seemingly been pushing hard on one or two last few days. Time will tell whether or not Isak trains this in next few days.

What are the other options? Getting shafted trying to get sesko? Who by all accounts is overrated.
