Lets just put this as simple as possible: Milner is class,Dyer is shite. Milner can cross the ball,Dyer can't. Milner can kick the ball harder with his left foot than Dyer can with his right. Milner could cross the ball better with his eyes closed left footed than Dyer could with his right open. Milner is a right winger,Dyer isn't. Milner is on less wages than Dyer,about 3 times less. With Owen Oba Viduka Shola and also Luque being set for another chance, i just dont think why we would need another strikler with young Andy Caroll coming through aswell. Yesterday i was quite shocked with us being in an agreement or whatever it was with Alan Smith. So with 4/5 top strikers i can imagine 2/3 of them being frustrated with not being in the team/squad. I know Spurs have made it work with Berbatov Defoe Keane and Mido but you always have Deofe or Keane crying that they arn't playing enough games. But if we considered Smith in Centre midfield it could also cause a few problems. With him Barton Butt and Emre,Charlie also could see them wanting to be away. But with so many injuries we normally have,it's probably our safest bet in midfield.

I agree with the posts telling me not to get excited. But if we get Barton, Allardyce could turn his attitude around i think we could have a quality player there. If we sort our back 4 out than i am sure we can give Big Sam the backing and support of a top 6 finish definately top 10.

Tbh,i'm really looking foward to next season. With MA set to dig into his wallet,Allardyce making funds for himself by selling players to make way for his own wealing and deals is also very good. If we get rid of parker,that will give us 8m to spend. A replacement ( a cheaper one )Maybe Barton 5m. Viduka on a free,Ben Haim on a free and maybe cambell on the cheap 1m. If we get in a decent left back in,Baines/Shorey 3-7m i think we can definately be targeting for europe again next season. I dont know what Ashley is prepared to do with the rest of his money, but As i am sure we could afford a real talent out there somewhere but i just cant see where we would strenthen. With Dyer and Charlie possibly outbound,With could end up with a lot of money and it doesnt really going to think about how good our squad could be next season. I really believe that we can finish in the top six along with spurs,jumping everton Bolton those sort of teams and cement a place in europe,Also targeting one of the cups.My suggestion being the Carling Cup.
