Given Beye Colocini Taylor/Faye Enrique/Zog Jonas Guthrie/Faye Duff/Guthrie Owen Viduka Martins Depends on the opposition e.g against Man U I would play Enrique left back as he would be better defensively than Zog and I would start Faye in dm as it would provide more cover for our centre backs.But when we are playing the bottom half teams who we would be looking to dominate for the majority of the game I would put Faye back in centre back and play Guthrie as a dm and play Zog as a lb because hes much better going forward than Enrique.

Where I live in North Newcastle, there were plenty of copies in our small newsagents this morning, so it looks like it will be available throughout the entire Newcastle/North East England, area. Surely, it should be available on-line though? Do we know for sure (yet) whether it is going to be available to buy online in the club shop, or not? It says you can order the magazine and programmes for the coming season but it only gives you an option to buy the programmes,says nothing about Newcastle mag when you click on the link that nufc.com gives you but theres a Chelsea mag on it that you can get.Has anyone tried buying it online off that website Programmemaster?

For the first time in his Newcastle career he has a fight on his hands to get into the team. Don't underestimate what a fresh challenge can mean to a player whose game has been effected mostly by succumbing to the mediocrity around him. I.e. Shearer post Sir Bobby. I predict a similar turn around in form for Given. There is no fight, unfortunately he'll walk right back into the first team. Everyone knows he's a big cry baby when it comes to sitting on the bench and KK will succumb like every manager before him. I would feel totally confident with Harper in goal and feel like it should be his shirt to lose but we know Given won't stand for that. To be fair what do you want him to do,be happy to sit on the bench? I would be happier if he was upset not getting in to the team!

t'was ever thus for us older blokes. we didn't have 24hr bullshit feeding frenzys. all we had was the back page of the chronic announciong someone had come or gone. (to be honest after living under both conditions i preferred the older way) I'm probably not as old as you, infact i'm sure i'm not but my word do i wish it was like that now. If i took any notice of the media, they would spoil the game for me TBH. The club has no obligation to inform the fans of every stage of a transfer. I'd rather hear about it when it happens.
