  1. "Take your seat" say the advertising hoardings. Couldn't make it up
  2.  Half seven on a Saturday night and it's half-empty
  3. Who do we want to win? Blue nonces or red nonces? Blue nonces 3-0 up.
  4. Didn't know Ole was going to be at the wheel last year, did they?
  5. Watching brothers and sisters saying their vows > watching Lee Barrymole miss from 12 yards
  6. Just that they've spoken to the Don directly and he's clarified it, with a link to the article.
  7. DonaldReport have spoken to the Don and he's dismissed it https://rokerreport.sbnation.com/2019/5/10/18564515/stewart-donald-sunderland-sale-update-no-deal-is-close-and-sky-sports-have-jumped-the-gun But... *michaeljacksonpopcorn.gif*
  8. Doing Shaka, Watson, Peacock, Albert and Bez a disservice there, giving them an extra goal.
  9. Borders Iran. It's the middle east, tbh. Aye, think I was getting Baku & Budapest mixed up. Excellent. Had a look on Skyscanner. Cheapest return from Heathrow to Baku, going the day before and flying back the day after, is £615. Outbound journey only takes 21 hours.

  11. Funny as fuck these two sets of fans have to gan all the way to Azerbaijan for the final like.
  12. Nigel Spackman might change your mind fairly quick. Was wondering who was on co-comms.
  13. Tie over? Switched over to Chelsea now.
  14. 45-year-old Chelsea fans clad head-to-toe in Weekend Offender gear calling every native bloke "Borat".
  15. Half-tempted to mute this to shut Savage up.
  16. Worth a watch as it's 20 years on - he's a good egg. Spoke to him in 2015 after Carlisle flooded. Word got out the shirt he wore on that day, which was in the club reception, was might've been damaged by the water so I called him up for a comment/reaction. Turns out he didn't know and I was the first person to tell him. He was properly gutted (it was saved, like).
  17. Should've beaten Southampton in the midweek afterwards, too. Alan fucking Blayny. Twat. At least Leandre Griffit went on to be a raving success with Union Royale La Louvière Centre

  19. It was just apathy from what I recall. My mate and I stayed for the lame lap like, cos we were 15 and had nowhere else to be. You could take the game as a microcosm - we failed to kill off a shit side and it felt like it'd been the story of the season. The blame lay - and still lies - with Shepherd and the board. We'd been in the CL the season before, finished third only signed Lee Bowyer. A proper chance to kick on and we well and truly fucked it. Said it in the other thread when we were discussing the worst strikers/midfielders/defenders - we got into the CL with a below-par back four. We were punching.
