I believe we are in the s... coz we just had 4 different managers in short time. Any of them didn´t manage to go very far with their visions (maybe thats good....thinking of roeder, souness, kegan) But fact is all our recent managers never tried to have their "own" squad...none of them build anything! 2 reasons for our situation is: 1 really really poor managers....which is shepards and ashleys fault! 3-4 bad managers in a row is doomed 2 the club has overspend.....we are paying now! How can it be so hard to find a rather young and promising manager to do the job the next 3-4 years! develop an attractive concept and stick by it....players would come here again if they can see our vision, concept and stability.

Why should we be happy ? because he is leaving and city still wont offer more than 5 mill. but your right....nothing to be happy about

if he came in before the end season and saved our skin he would be a hero. If we went down...i personally wouldn´t blame him....FFS look at our injury list plus all the old high paid f... ups who seems like they don´t give a f... he could start now....we could even rebuild and get younger players and prepare them in the lower league...if we should end there! its win win shearer......DO WE REALLY WANT THE JOB......or do you just want it when the seat becomes attractive like Mark Hughes at City?

i will say it again! løvenkrands is w...! He can only surprise.....he is average at best! he is best on left wing....not sure what role he had in the 1 good season he had at rangers! He is not a striker.....and suggesting him and caroll together in our newcastle utd attack is just madness. average championship level at best! REMEMBER WE DIDN´T FIGHT ANY OTHER CLUBS TO GET HIS SIGNATURE.....NOT EVEN SCANDINAVIAN CLUBS (i believe) he should leave with kinnear in the summer if we manage to stay up!

If shearer is a true geordie (hope so) he shouldn´t think about the best time for him to take the job! I hope and believe he would be a good manager....especially for us! The only reason for him not to take the job should be towards the ashley regime! Nobody or at least i wouldn´t blame him if he came in now and couldn´t save us from going down. At least we would make process and be better prepared for next the season in the pl or championship. if you love the club....why wouldn´t you try and help if you could see it couldn´t get any worse???

Could someone please ban me from this forum.....im getting more and more depressed and spend way too much time on here, despite the fact that there havent been anything positive happening since we drew at old traford! its weird....i almost "hate" the club at the moment......didnt feel anything after we lost last night! dont really care if we are going down.....i just want the club to be run decent and in a way that will always drives forward.....no matter how long it takes....how hard is that? A couple of weeks ago i wrote that i thought we never been so low! But its like we after every match gets worse and worse! owen and barton out for what could be quiet a long time! Looks like given could leave for 8,5 mill today which i think is at least 3-4 mill. below what he is worth! I really think we are going down. For so many seasons we have fought against injuries....and its the same this year....but i cant see any leaders and passion in the players. FFS our captain dosn´t want to be here and never wanted! given and charles wants to leave! All our players with routine and experience are not good enough and brings nothing absolutely nothing to the team! A very negative post, i know....but im afraid we are going down! WE ARE A F...... JOKE......I WANT TO CRY!! Never heard of any clubs of this size being run so unprofessional.....wasting all our potential in every department! Maybe it would be a good thing for us to go down (feels weird to write it) We need a completely new squad......and going down would for sure mean we could get rid of all the losers on high wages and start all over! Get shearer in or another upcoming manager. viduka, geremi, butt, cacapa, owen, duff, n´zogbia(coz he dosn´t want to be here), smith and Kinnear should all leave ASAP

if the little rabbit arrives this window i would be happy to see both viduka and owen leave before start of feb. viduka is past it.....he will probably never again be fit to play 5 games in row without picking up an injury! owen would be nice to keep....but it will take alot to convince him to stay.....and the club will not get back on track within the next year in order to owens expectations. saviola would be a interesting signing....always liked him......but sad we never really tried to sign zigic.....he would be a good partner for martins i believe. Søren Larsen from toulouse could be a good loan signing for the rest of the season...big and strong! I believe our most important task is to get a new manager which have vision, good at motivation and talent to attrack good players! Ashley if he stays should believe in him from day one....more or less tell him he cant get sacked the first 2 years. Our current squad is a fix of players bought under 3-4 different managers with different ideas.....which they never got the chance to develop!

We only need to find a manager who can start practising a system for all our teams through the ranks to follow....like ajax! Its the only way forward....and its cheap and interesting to follow they youngsters mature! i know we need proven first team players but happy to see ashley is thinking long term and it have been a mystery me for long time that we hardly brought any talent in? But guess its not as fancy as buying players like owen,luque and boumsong Bringing them in is easy. Bringing them through and developing them is difficult. i was being ironic.....none of the previous managers have seemed to focus on developing youth players.....but then again, they havent had long time to do it before they got axed!

rommedahl is a right winger.....and have been way better than løvenkrands for many years.....and rommedahl isn´t anything special! would prefer rommedahl over løvenkrands!

i love given and regard him as one of the best goalies in the world.....but if we are offered 15 mill by city i could accept he left. We have harper and krul plus other youngsters! Also kameni is looking for a move to england apparently.....he used to be excellent and seems to be very cheap! kameni plus 10 mill....not the worst deal eventhough given is absolutely top class

Aye i suppose it is nice signing all these young talented players with potential. If we get relegatd all the prem sides will take them anyway, if they are actually any good of course. or maybe they will get the chance of 1st team football in the championship! We need to buy players who can make a difference now as well....and in the years to come

about 10 days left to sign the 3-4 players we need....sounds familar It would have been nice to welcome a couple of players like m´bia and meireles etc. and at the same time say goodbye to a couple of players like smith, geremi or duff....players on high wages and no future! its not gonna happen.....we or should i say ashley is nothing trying hard enough to prepare us for next season....actually i believe that if we signed a couple of promising players this window and sold a couple of the above mentioned we could stay up and have a ok season next year ! That would of course mean we got a new manager as well.....but if we dont improve anything this window, it will mean that the second half of this current season will be wasted. And all rebuliding we have to do dosn´t happen during 1 or 2 windows....so get down to work! We need to buy at least 2 first team players for the future....get them ready for next season.....also to indicate we are a club worth of working for......to convince managers that managing nufc is an attractive job. 10 days left of the window and we haven´t signed anyone yet.....this will lead to panic like the previous windows and we will end up paying overprice for players and signing players like xisco and the other dude who havent played for us (forgot his name...but know he is injured) The only thing im pleased about is the amount of young talent we are getting in for the future....they all sounds promising, but as we all know they ain´t gonna helps us the next couple of years! Kinnear prefer to play enrique who hasn´t trained for a week instead of playing kadar....it says all. Love that we for the first time are scouting for young and cheap talents.....but guess thats the only thing to be pleased about and makes sense! sad that ashley offers kinnear a new contract instead of spending the next 3-4 months on finding the right man for the job!

c. poulsen and bendtner would be quality signings! bendtner and martins i believe would be good together! poulsen and bendtner are the best danes there is....together with agger....but thats never gonna happen! poulsen and bendtner for 10-15 mill would be good business....if they would come here?
