Because they've bought players who are both extremely talented and have very high fitness levels.
Fitness shouldn't be an issue at Premier League level. Most of our squad aren't even inrernationals. They get summers off, national team breaks, etc.
Is there any difference in our performances when we have 3 games a week vs. 2?
I mean I'd like to have seen us go full stregnth vs Blackburn.

How do Man City always seem to field a super strong team every game? I know they have great depth but I feel like a lot of their players play three games a week. Why can't we do that?
I think Jorginho is a bit overrated, for a player who's game is all about passing, his isn't that good at it, not a great range of passing either, he is like a poor man's Pirlo.
Kante on the other hand is a world class CM/CDM
Absolutely agree, mate.
Can only think that Chelsea advised him to stay and fight for a place next season. Morata's being linked with a host of clubs this window, so he's probably on his way out soon. They probably don't want to make the same mistake they made with Lukaku, Salah and KDB. Can't see him breaking into that team, though and yea opportunity lost on him.
What is 'Sarri ball'? Have Chelsea actually been playing better more expansive football? Feel like they've had the same boring style since Jose first got there. Periods under Conte were decent on the eye.
Edited. It's ridiculous how many players they have. Luiz just appeared after barely playing last season. Victor Moses can't get a game anymore. They have Zappacosta and Emerson in reserve. Their depth sickens me.
Meant to thank you, Joey
It's nice having him in the team. He's tricky and he certainly offers something different. Sadly his end product just isn't there. Still want him to stay in the team during this period.
Squires nailed him

Matt Doherty quietly having a good season. Three goals(one vs us and could have had two) and four assists. Reminiscent of Robertson at Hull. Wish we could sign him.
