  1. ? pretty sure there’s been adverts for it dotted around the ground for a while too.
  2. A sport, rife with betting sponsorship littered throughout stadiums, betting sponsors on shirts, adverts every single ad break, YouTube adverts, banners on websites, and footballers are expected not to have a flutter. Mad really. However I understand it’s close to match fixing in some cases, just depends on what extent.
  3. Wonder if this has been looming for a while and this is why he hasn’t #settled yet
  4. Big Joe definitely out, mate has just walked past him at his kids footy.
  5. I agree with getting more people to away's who were 'locked out' albeit with some Jonny come latelys who are naturally jumping on the bandwagon now that we're good again. But it's important the club don't exclude good loyal fans from being able to flex, hence the solution of removing the loyalty point at the point of transfer to another 'member/supporter' number. Limit the amount of times it can be done per season, much like the ability to transfer a home ticket 10 x per season and it then won't be open to exploitation. At the moment, if you're ill, you've used your season ticket to go, paid for travel, you simply can't, without risk of losing your ST, give it to a mate to use. Unless you're corporate or have a true faith ticket...which is absolutely mental. Happened to my mate at the weekend. He simply wouldn't pass it to anyone else due to fear of randomly being checked. So he lost out on the price of the ticket, and his train ticket. And don't get me started on tickets being issued 'invalid', rocking up, scanning it in, and then having to traipse to the away grounds box office. Separately, blaming the Trust is wrong by the way (I've seen people point fingers that way, and as we know Greg is open and honest with us about things) - its very much a club decision this, influenced by a 'ticketing forum' with fans being represented by some morons - Burnsie being one of them.
  6. It’s fairly easy, allow say 5x away transfers to a supporter number per season. You lose the loyalty point. It’s the inflexibility and one rule for one which pisses people off.
  7. Aye. You can’t actually ‘transfer’ an away ticket to anyone. Hence some of the arguments here. Especially if someone bought one and was then ill and couldn’t go. It sits there unused and no way to legitimately give it to someone who could go. ST holders can take the risk of course, but if the person who takes it is ID’d, they could lose their season ticket.
  8. Tbf I’ve had a corporate ticket before (platinum club) many moons ago which had a company name on it. Wonder if this is the same principle. Even still, it’s bad crack when this means people can just ‘share’ when normal ST holders can’t and get labelled as touts for doing so.

    Fabian Schär

All 28 games of it. It’s a real shame he didn’t play more for us as he was absolute mustard, but that amount of games is shocking. Genuinely think it paints a better picture of him (Woodgate) due to the amount of games he didn’t play…whilst Botman has racked up 50 already. Schar is great but Botman is head and shoulders (literally and physically) above Schar. And they quite clearly work very very well together. We need an understudy to Schar in this Jan/Summer window that’s for sure.
  10. Not going to go down too well with the Neanderthals down the road.
