Ben Arfa:

So there is no chance that he could be injured in your eyes? Hopefully he's not, but it's not looking good from the training pictures.
-
Yes, surely. He's out and nobody has heard anything about that. So tell us why he didn't trained then...? Where are these training pics? I can just find the one on the official site when talking about winning Tiote's shirt. Usually training pics are in some sort of "toon in training" article? Is there one for blackpool? Gettyimages.com. Search for "Newcastle United training".

Chris Hughton has declared that recent signings Sol Campbell, Hatem Ben Arfa and Cheik Tiote are all in his thinking ahead of Saturday's home game against Blackpool - and hinted that some or all of the new boys could be handed Newcastle debuts against The Tangerines. http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20100909/hughton-new-boys-are-ready_2281670_2149044

“The coaches at Newcastle have all been impressed by my level of fitness and have had no questions about it.” Ben Arfa may have been without match practice for a while, but did make six substitute appearances in Marseille’s friendly fixture list. And he scored a winning goal in the Robert Louis-Dreyfus Trophy Final against Valencia and played in and netted for France on August 11 in Norway in a 2-1 loss for his country. But he says he can’t wait for his Toon debut. “I am excited by the prospect of running out in front of these fans – I want to give everything I can for them,” he said. “I have a lot of confidence in the people I have seen on the training field so far. After training and seeing the skills of the players in the last week or so, I feel even more confident that the team can achieve success than I did before.”

CaulkinTheTimes As expected, Steven Taylor named in the 25-man #Nufc squad.
-
Another midfielder? I dont believe that...
-
How can this VDV transfer take so much time? It cant be that difficult to see if the paper was sent on time or not?
-
But how about the 25-man squad then? Can you just take one player off the list and put a new free transfer on the list in the middle of the season?
-
2-0 penalty. Lovenkrands.
-
It does beg the question, why on Earth were you on Sunderland's official website? Got the link from a friend who support the mackems
