  1. 1/10.

    Embarrassing is a good word.

I'm not counting Lewis Hall as a positive or a negative to the window; that deal was done a year ago, with the obligations met by the end of the season.

Bringing in a striker who doesn't score goals and Bournemouth's left back as the only incomings... well, I guess you could argue that bolsters the squad a bit. But everyone around us has at least attempted to make their first team better. We've stood still.

Not good enough. Really calls into question the competence of our exec team, and also the relationship between Mitchell and Howe... i.e. has Mitchell been suggesting decent racehorses but Howe's demanding a unobtainable unicorn?

Also, Isaac Hayden is still an NUFC player.

Just wait until we get given the no value in the January window line in a few months time...

Relax, we'll have "like a new signing" Botman to roll out in January.

I've seen things... seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion bright as magnesium...

but I’ve never seen a transfer saga drawn out this long FFS [emoji38]

Even the admin are a shambles.

It must be near-impossible to keep track of the army of players they've got ;-)

They obviously just don't have anyone very good in this department, coupled with really old front and (I would guess) back office systems.

I'm not sure why the club didn't overhaul this department straight away, but I guess it's a lot of investment for the few thousand tickets that are available, and they know will sell out anyway.

And even if they had started the work on day one of the takeover, it might not be complete yet.

It really should come under customer/fan experience rather than just ticketing, because that's the main justification for improving it.

The whole site still stinks of Ashley - all on the cheap, looks like front end and back end are held together with chewing gum & rubber bands. It's just a crap experience that gives no-one what they want.

As a birthday treat to myself, I thought I'd splash out on a platinum club ticket for me and my son. However, I'm not that bothered where I'm sitting, and it feels like I've put all my eggs in one basket... I'd like to have been able to request two tickets in all categories, descending (i.e. try plat, then cat 1, then cat 2, then cat 3 etc).

Just doesn't feel like this has been thought through very well.

FFS !!   Unbelievable bitterness, you can imagine their keyboards are battered to fuck and covered in spit.

    That’s not spite, mate.

It would really be a robbery if he doesn't get the manager of the month award. He's brilliant. Tactical awareness, man management and PR handling at their best.

Canny sad like, but it's making me consider buying FIFA for the first time in 9 years.

I can recommend getting a PS5 to go with it. I might be having a midlife crisis though.

    From the athletic:

“It is believed the Premier League are looking to bring in a ruling that any club that plays in the North East in black and white stripes must ensure their players play games with both legs through one leg of their shorts”.

it’s literally that blatant. If this was an Eastern European league the UK would be pissing themselves at the obvious corruption.

To be fair, I think our defenders have been adhering to this new ruling since the start of the season.

Barring the fact that Hughes was actually a lot better than Dummett has ever been

In a kebab shop in Stanley, I once saw someone get punched in the face for suggesting that Andy Griffin was better than Aaron Hughes.

    It was a gentler time.
