Miami Beach and Miami are two totally different beasts. There are probably parts of Miami at least on par with Detroit when it comes to crime/seediness.
-
In the Orlando Sentinel article they mention that we will be keeping the same name and colors.

Great news for Orlando. Should fast-track them to expansion in 2015. I think that's the plan from MLS. This is great news today. I most likely won't be here when it's finished but I'll relish being back to visit and catch a match.
-
Their nightly news show is actually good though. The two dudes hosting it are hilarious. About to head out and grab some brewdogs and some form of meat. Catch the second half of this and then the Cards game. Going to be a good night in.

Is that a seperate subscription only channel or is it available pretty much free to air with most cable packages? EDIT I know the house we're staying in had all of the ESPN channels but not Fox Soccer when we were last over so i'm assuming it therefore won't have NBC Sportsnetwork. Fox Soccer isn't a channel anymore so I would definitely give it a look once you're over here. The NBCSports channel does come with your general sports package on top of your regular digital cable though. Any bar will have it if you ask.

What are you doing in Miami? Work or vacation?

I know there is a fado's down there that people will probably be at. I'd probably message the dude on here from Miami though.

Now there is just one more vote, from the County, and that is the last hurdle.

"At the Orlando City Council meeting today the City Commissioners unanimously approved a plan to provide funding for a new soccer stadium in Downtown Orlando"
-
The City of Orlando is voting at this minute on the stadium plan. Fingers crossed.

This is how I feel. Despite the 433's there hasn't been much pace on balls across and in to him in the box. Of course he's had chances and he should have taken them all a lot better bar his header. I still don't think he's getting the chances he needs to break his duck and kick off again. I'm hoping he does. I think balls slid into his feet are where he really prospers when he can get a shot away first time but that's a real rarity now whereas in his first few months we played on the front foot and gave him those opportunities all the time. All of this sums up the Cisse situation for me. Lethal with the right service. We just don't play like a team hat he would thrive in.

Their keeper was in great form today, we easily could've had more if not for some killer saves. I was really disappointed with the way we started the second half. It was pretty clear Pardew told them to defend the two goal lead and hit on the counter. The players stopped pressuring Cardiff as high up the pitch as they did in the first half which gave Cardiff a lot of impetus to attack us. Luckily we were not made to pay for such a negative approach and get to go home with three points which are desperately needed when you look at our next few fixtures.

http://orlandocitysoccer.com/news/?article_id=1609 From the owner of Orlando City. Good news indeed.

How many more franchises are they adding? I thought it was only two more.

We really could've used Altidore with the way we play.

Phil Rawlins (owner of Orlando City) is in NYC today to have a talk with MLS. Probably getting told to give up because Miami is getting the team.
-
And it's where good ole Becks wants to put his team.

Watched the first half in bed on my phone today. Streaming crystal clear HD. So much
-
It's my fault, I went back to sleep at half-time because I thought it was in the bag.

Got a feeling Fulham won't, you need to work hard in this division and their front players are as lazy as it gets. Berbatov being lazy is still one of the biggest myths in football.

That guy has been trying very hard to sway public opinion against having the team here, along with many others at The Sentinel.
